Has there been any information on the topic of all 3DS games being available via digital download? I would like to have my entire collection of 3DS games in digital form. Can this be confirmed if its possible?

If you're asking if you could take the physical copies of games and turn them into a free digital copy, there is no way to do so and Nintendo has not revealed any plans to make this possible.
If you're asking if the games are for sale on the e-shop, I believe almost, if not all of the original launch titles are available for purchase.

Thanks. This answers my question. Any plans on virtual console releases of original DS games? (not DSI games.)
Wouldn't make much sense, as the 3DS plays DS games fine. The 3DS VC is focusing on Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Gear, and NES releases. No GBA or SNES releases yet, unfortunately.
