Re: Worldwide 3DS Sales Reach 17 Million

@C-Olimar Well Fire Emblem will do just fine probably better than what you're expecting it to and Monster Hunter has been picking up great steam in the west maybe not as good as you are thinking but it will do a lot better than you think or so I think.

As for my comment this is great wow just wishes it continues to sell and that they release more games and as well as games that look stunningly beautiful like RE:R or KI:U and as well there is still that rumor that went around a while back remember? A famous JRPG number 7 in the series will come out when the 3ds sells 20 million

Re: The Mystery of the Super Mario Bros. U.S. Release Date

Well we know the game was released in '85 but both october 13th and the 18th fit the mario scheudule. If you look at every major Mario release they fall mainly around friday and saturday with a few out of place. But looking at the games maybe the 13th is alot more believable since alot of Mario games seem to come out on Sunday in NA

Re: Ex-Rare Staff Talk Nintendo, Microsoft and Where It All Changed

@shingi_70 Well I played both the latest Banjo and Kinect Sports and i can say they sucked. Banjo was okay-ish, I mean good but didn't have the Banjo feel like the 64 games and Kinect just sucked. Yes because avatars are so creative. Something that is very identical to a Mii and at the time the early stages of Sony's Home. Very original but I'll give you Viva, that is a least a fresh idea. Do you just like fighting and giving crappy examples?

Re: Talking Point: Wii U and the Future of the Online Pass

@Luigi78 it's been constantly shown that all of it is in the disc already especially when you pirate something that's where it shows and that is why a lot of websites post that crap. The content is already in the game and someone even said earlier that sometimes they charge extra to unlock the multiplayer features.

@armoredghor Yes because we are talking about million or even billion dollar companies. Dude they make a load of money off their products anyways it just another way to get revenue from their games. I would actually be surprise if they charge less then they do now. Knowing these money hungry companies it wouldn't be much of a shocker if they charge more. And it doesn't matter what it's on. They were already over-pricing for PSP DLC. You have to know that they are over pricing and ripping off the consumer, many and i mean many websites complain about this too. So yeah if people keep purchasing then of course they'll just keep screwing you over.

That was unnecessary. Please drop the insults — TBD

Re: Talking Point: Wii U and the Future of the Online Pass

@ThomasBW84 for those who argue wrong about the situation yes they shouldn't expect free or close to nothing. But in a situation where most companies are offering things that should already be in the game from the get go that's the problem. Charging us money for things that are already on the disc and should've been accessible from day 1 is a big no no.

It's funny how you guys agree with all of this and actually trying to come up with a reason to justify why it's okay for publishers to do this to you yet they are ripping you off. I mean those guys are sitting on a bunch of dough and they get more off you guys. Think whether you buy day 1 or later you're screwed. Pre-order bonuses for those who bought the game day 1 yet all it's doing is unlocking something that should've been unlocked from the very start. Extra 10 for something already on the game that just isn't accessible yet? Now is that far? Buying a game that isn't full from the very beginning because they want more dough from you? I wish for a simpler time where these companies wouldn't be greedy and that I at least hope Nintendo doesn't do this. And if you agree on online passes ... That is wrong from the very beginning and at the end of the day all it's doing is hurting the consumers.

Re: Review: Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure (Wii)

zapdinos

Skylanders is a great game and for those who oppose the figures and actually purchasing them you (and excuse my language) are idiots. You want dlc and at the end of the day your still spending almost the same amount of money to supposedly extend the game. This is no different than dlc, do you really think that dlc is brand new content? No it's already built in the game, all the files are in there just blocked off for the moment so when they do release it, it's simply opening that section of the coding. And as for the hardcore comment no game is really hardcore as long as fifthteen year olds play and adults act like them. I'm simply saying it's great game and buying figures is the same as if you bought dlc. Really there's no difference if you actually look at the facts and not what you are told.

look i love nintendo and i want the 3ds to do better than the vita. but this sucks major balls, really everyone who bought it at launch or up to this point and its like were getting a slap across our face. this freaking sucks!! at least something should be given to us for actually paying the original price.
