Re: Review: Pop Island: Paperfield (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

I got this, it's just a shame there's not that many islands. But, yeah, this game is way more enjoyable in multiplayer, but solo still gives you a few laughs. . I just love drawing the cute characters. I was sad, though, that you couldn't unlock the shark submarine. That really let me down.

Re: Review: Aura-Aura Climber (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

This was the first game I got, and I was so addicted I accidentally finished 10 levels in the first day. xD. So fun! I just can't get past Marathon. I either get hit by a laser, or just simply die. Aura-Aura is so cute. Definitely worth the 200 points.

Re: Review: Surfacer+ (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

@TheMole: I bought Aura-Aura Climber. Cute, little, addictive game. Except, I was so addicted, I accidentally finished 10 levels in one day. Oops. So now I only have the Marathon and Endless level to complete. Hahaha......
Nice review, but I don't reckon I'd pay 500 points for this.

Re: Review: Wario: Master of Disguise (DS)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

I liked this game for a while, until everything started going wrong. The controls kept aggrovating me, and each time I tried to put on a disguise, it'd give me the wrong one. Then, I couldn't get past this one part (because of some of the controls/disguises). Yeah. But I did like this game a bit.... At least a 5, maybe.

Re: Nintendogs

xxx_Kirby_xxx

I love Nintendogs. It's like those doggies dug their little paws into my DS and I just couldn't stop playing.

Re: Review: Kirby Squeak Squad (DS)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

@geekmaster No, it is called Squeak Squad because of a group of bandits called the Squeaks. If you get this game, everything will be clear. xD

I LOVE KIRBY. This is the first Kirby game I got on the DS and I loved it from start to finish. I still sometimes play it, as it is very addictive and who doesn't love Kirby? Honestly, it's near impossible to not love Kirby.

Re: Review: Densetsu no Stafi 4 (DS)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

Naaaaaw, I love the Legendary Starfy. So very much. Starly is so cute. My sister is obsessed with Snips. xDD. ...Still trying to unlock the 10th map.... TT_TT I just can't get all the treasures. D: Great game, though. Cute graphics. lovelovelovelovelovelovelove it

Re: Review: Gardening Mama (DS)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

@geekmaster Pregnant Mama?! What would you do in that game?! ...Actually, I don't wanna know. xD. There is a Babysitting Mama, though... Cleaning Mama? Doubt it. Nurse Mama, maybe.... Gamer Mama lol! Taking care of a baby mama? Well, there IS Babysitting Mama....

Re: Review: Cooking Mama (DS)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

I love Cooking Mama. One of my favourite games. I do recommend it (and maybe even the other 2 Cooking Mama games for the DS!) It's great. It really is. I don't even really like cooking, and yet here I am throughly enjoying this game.

Re: Review: Chibi-Robo: Park Patrol (DS)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

Hehehe, I love this game. Even after finishing it, there's still quite a bit to do, and a little extra feature which I won't spoil for all those considering getting it. I do recommend it. And, it's not (surprisingly) as girly as you'd think it'd be. xDD.

Re: Pokémon Black and White

xxx_Kirby_xxx

WOOOOOOT. POKEMON! I'M A TOTAL POKENERD. ;D CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS. PRACTICALLY DYING. I DON'T CARE IF THEY RAN OUT OF NAME IDEAS. THE POKEMON LOOK CUTE/COOL AND THE CITYSCAPE IN THE SCREENSHOT LOOKS COOL TOO. ;D WOOOOT. POKEMON!

Re: Review: Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

I love Animal Crossing. Love it to bits. This game is the only one I own, though. I still love it heaps. I just don't like the fact you have to spend big on items in Tom Nook's shop over time to make it bigger. (I'm trying to make my shop Nookington's so I can change my hairstyle). Btw, does anyone know what specific answers you need to answer when you're with the Kap'n to become the girl with pink hair? Anyone? I need help, thanks.

Re: Review: Animal Puzzle Adventure (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

Wow, I'm so tempted to get this purely for the cuteness of the animals and the girl (and that adorable banner) but I can see now I will fail this game in the first chapter, I'm not good at games like that. (Moving more than one creature to get to a goal, although I was good at this one Flash game about a blue ball... can't think of the title). Aww, heck with it, for 500 points, and a game some grown ups struggle with, no thank you. ....Although I am a sucker for cute animals and anime.

Re: Review: Flipper (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

Hmm, actually, maybe I'll pass and just wait for new games to be released in UK/EU..... I've already spent 600 points on Aura-Aura Climber, Pop Island Paperfield and Bird & Bombs.... All great games, though. Highly recommend 'em.

Re: Review: Flipper (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

I am seriously considering getting this game. It would probably take me a while to complete, as I am one of those people that likes to go back through the levels to collect all the bonuses and highscores and whatnot, (as I am currently doing in Aura-Aura Climber). Cute banner! The visuals look amazing, I thought the game seemed a little, well, meh, but now... Wow. I really am thinking about getting this game. I'll have to see if I'm allowed to, though. Honestly, I'm only supposed to be buying 200 point games with my 2000 points (as a way to get more games), but I'm convinced now.... I AM GETTING THIS GAME I just hope it's not too short, as I like lengthy (or somewhat) games.

Re: Review: Electroplankton Lumiloop (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

Hmm.... I have the DS game that has all of the Electroplankton minigame thingamabobs on it. You're better off getting that than paying 200 points for each individual one. Anyway, I don't really like Lumiloop out of the electroplanktons.

Re: Review: Castle of Magic (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

When I first saw the screenshots, I was like WOW! IT LOOKS SO GOOD! Well, I got it, and I was right, it IS really good, it's just a shame how short it is, 500 point games should be longer.... But it's heaps of fun. The camera function just really irrates me sometimes, because it's just so annoying when it doesn't work, e.g I take a picture of something green, and it fails and says: 15% RED. Annoying! Besides that little flaw, this is a great platformer and I agree with the rating. (Also, the freedom to put your face, or someone else's, on a boss or enemy is great.)

Re: Review: Art Style: KUBOS (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

I'd probably be really bad at this one. Hahaha. Got any recommendations on adventure or platformers (that have been released in UK/EU)? Lengthy games would be appreciated. Anyway, this seems like a pretty interesting idea, but, yeah, looks like I'd ultimately suck at this. Better not risk it. Haha.

Re: Review: Paper Plane (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

Hrm, I must admit it seems you can do quite a bit on this game, but it still seems a little bit too simple for me.... Is Paper Plane on any of the minigames on WarioWare Touched! ? More importantly, is this game worth it? Are there any good adventure games on DSiWare? I like lengthy games, especially platformers and adventurers.

Re: Review: Spotto! (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

@nintendopower I have, and I highly recommend it. Fun little puzzle game, and not just one of those games you play just to fill in time. It's a game for fun, anytime, anywhere. And for a measly 200 points it's a great little purchase. I definitely don't regret getting it, and you get it, I don't think you will, either!

Re: Review: Spotto! (DSiWare)

xxx_Kirby_xxx

I like this game. For 200 points it's a great purchase. You certainly get what you paid for --- a cute puzzle game with quite a lot of content for its price range. Nice review, and I agree with the rating.
