Bought it for the Ps4 previously and the Definitive Edition when it launched for the Switch but never really played it after touching the demo.
Just dusted it off a day ago after plonking > 460 hours on DQB2 and watching DQ Your Story on Netflix - which made me wanting to resume picking up DQ XI S again...
I have the full PC version and stopped playing FM Touch since 2018. Yes, that was a time sink too but I wanted the full fat version, plus the In-Game Editor came in handy too.
@KonkeyDong64 Thanks for the kind words. Actually just realised posts #68 and #69 were both mine and me replying to myself after almost a year. Haha. Back then I got sidetracked after few months cos of FE3H, then Pokemon Shield... I finally managed to finish the story during the last few months.
Kinda empty though cos I'm not a very creative person and all I do on my Isle of Awakening is taking my golem along to smash everything to pieces and trying to build some sort of 'highway' to connect the port to the farm, then castle.
I do go back from time to time though [asides from the lengthy loading times upon inserting the cartridge]. Haha,
Finally finished the story mode and onto post-game. The quality of life changes to DQB2 has certainly made it a more polished game as compared to the 1st one.
Still wondering whether I should take the plunge with Touch 2020. Of course getting the PC version would be the best but I don't have a PC and Switch gaming would be the next best option. Having had FM19 and enjoyed it too before I started to delve into FE3H, Pokemon and other 2019 releases, I am still wondering is it worth the USD39.90 for the 2020 version... Anyone else happy with their purchase?
Just placed an order for Shield. Kinda keen to have a go at it after succumbing to nostalgia and getting Let's Go Eevee. Can't wait to have a great time with it! #TeamShield!
It's a pretty good game. Solid gameplay,a bit slow at the beginning, things start to pick up towards mid Chapter 5 onwards. At times the gameplay can be a bit repetitive, though I suppose the fun is in the battles and trying to pick up random items. One thing I noticed that it's harder to get talismans from the old man at the shrine even as I'm about to start Chapter 5 [for both Nate and Hailey]... I don't recall having to wait so long to purchase it when I was playing YW2...
Finally gotten my hands on the game - it was a loving tribute and the OST brought me back to the older games - like a walk down memory lane. Almost lost for choices in terms of my starter party [same as always] and always struggling for ways to manage my inventory... A very good game!

One of the best games for the 3DS that I enjoyed.

Re: Nintendo 3DS Production Has Officially Come To An End
Wasn't aware there's still new stocks of the 3DS. What I could see were the regular colored ones.
Happy with my Pikachu and Hyrule versions though I missed out on the FE Fates one!

Happily replaying this game again from scratch during the MCO times.

Re: Pianista: The Legendary Virtuoso
Any feedback for Pianista? Saw the game on sale on eShop yesterday and looks quite interesting.

Re: Yo-Kai Watch 3
Awesome game!
Re: Review: Dragon Quest Builders 2 - Beating Minecraft At Its Own Game
It's an amazing game. Although didn't play much of DQB1, I have found myself spending insane amounts of time playing with DQB2.
Of course, my imagination is the limit as to what can be done in the game!
Re: Review: Yo-kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits & Fleshy Souls (3DS)
Awesome game. Loved my copies of Fleshy Souls and Psychic Specters!
Re: New Yo-Kai Watch 4 Characters, Explorable World And More Revealed
Eagerly awaiting the release of YW4!

Re: Feature: Best Nintendo 3DS Games
Good list, yet there are some personal faves of mine which didn't make the list:
