Should I give up trying to get an NA code? I've been at this for 27+ hours.

I ended up passing out early this morning trying to get an NA code for 14+ hours. Grand total time waiting to get an NA code: 26 hours and climbing. Dear log, 11+ hours have passed. Main computer is down, need to find an NA code to reboot it. Secondary computer is fully functional. I'm still waiting for a reply from the message I sent earlier. Signs of the NA codes existence is still questionable. Will remain here until I have proof that the NA codes do exist and the main computer is rebooted.
