@the_beaver - I really, REALLY want Monkey Island on Switch, but physical (and I was not prepared to go with LR or SR or whoever it was that picked it up). I live in hope for a physical collection of all releases, that would be Day 1 for me. Oh god, by the end of the wknd I will have bought the digi version, I know it....
If TOTK gives me anything approaching the enjoyment I took from BOTW then I will be a very happy man. BOTW was my gateway game to get back into gaming, bought a used Switch during lockdown and it blew me away, genuinely one of the best games I have ever played. May 12th cannot come soon enough.
Loving all the ill informed changing their view that Switch 2 will release alongside Zelda, to now stating 2024... Keep going, you'll eventually get it right, and no one will care.
Just pre-ordered mine via Amazon UK, looking forward to playing Shining Force II again after a summer hammering it in the mid 90s (stupidly I borrowed it off a friend in exchange for lending him my copy of Brian Lara, I really should have suggested a permanent swap!).
I only bought a 2DS a few weeks ago, grabbed it second hand and picked up copies of Zelda (OoT, MM and ALBW). I've barely touched it as I've been working through Zelda PH on my DS, and also Ori & the Blind Forest on Switch (love it). My question, are there any key updates or patches etc that I need to be aware of for any of the 3DS games, I'm not fussed with DLC, but if anything is key to fixing issues etc then it would be good to know. Thanks in advance.

Re: Review: Octopath Traveler II - A Confident Follow-Up And One Of Switch's Finest RPGs
@tseliot - totally agree, I enjoy a good RPG but OT1 became a total grindfest and boring as hell too.
