I came here with my pitchfork, but I understand his reasoning: that this has happened with music before, like you can see in the case of Spotify. BUT, and it is a huge BUT, NO MUSIC COMPANY HAS EVER DELETED THEIR MUSIC OR BLOCKED ACCESS TO IT. These moneygrabbers like Ubisoft don't have any type of incentive to not EVER delete your favorite game, and hence, your access to it. A lot of people who enjoyed different live-service games who can fully function on single-player, have had their wishes crushed because the company simply put don't want the game to be playable anymore. So no, we all should own our games forever. You can't trust these companies.
