I am hoping for Mario Universe too. One big world.
And I don't know how, but make the game have exploration like Mario 64 but also fast platforming like 3D World. That'd be awesome.

I respect your opinion, but 3D World was a proper platformer. It just wasn't Galaxy. Galaxy wasn't 64 or Sunshine either.

@LetsGoRetro I think I know what you mean...and I'm 17. I think 3D World just wasn't that type of game. It had small levels floating in mid air, very abstract stuff. For that mystique you are talking about, we'd need a slightly more normal world. Suddenly it's more Zelda-esque. I like both types of game though.

@Yoshis_VGM In fact it is the 11th or 12th made by the Mario team. I don't think the fact the the Nintendo COMPANY makes many Mario games, should have any effect on how you judge the MARIO DEVELOPMENT TEAM.

When has EAD Tokyo milked or shown a lack of creativity? I could definitely live without the unnecessary NSMB sequels. But this is just insulting.

I registered and started supporting stuff. If you type Mario there is a cool set of the first Donkey Kong. There's Kame House, Dr Wily's castle, a Wind Waker set, etc.

@WingedSnagret Well the last ones were pointless, I want to know if the online is going to work in Kart and Smash. I want something cool. Even if it's just Sakurai beating the s.it out of others in Smash. Just to see gameplay. Something.

@Legromancer Nintendo's games are by far some of the best doggiepoopiepoodlepoople to come out nowadays, not just in gaming, but in general.
Zelda is one of THE gaming franchises, of course they reference it, doesn't mean Nintendo's other stuff isn't good.
And why are Nintendo's games toys and inFAMOUS, an action game with a cheesy story isn't?
I don't know what you mean by secondary console but the Wii U has already some of the best games this gen.

@toastyc12 They are explaining to him how to play the game. He isn't credited as director or designer, but project leader.
Even Kamiya described him as a businessman. That isn't true I think, but Inafune is far from being the director of this game.

This is more creative than the game.

@Pikachupwnage I watched 6 episodes, but now I'm watching Gurren Lagann which I haven't seen either and then Kill la Kill. Ryuko is awesome. She's like Goku, but not just an imitation like in so many TV series.

I think the human race is capable of respecting women even with the existence of fanservicey 3DS games.
I won't play it though. Kill la Kill is awesome. This is just...crossing the line I guess.

Well if Yoshi's coming out it's pretty much confirmed, even if it is a minor Direct. Who says we can't see Hyrule Warriors or something else too? That game is coming out in summer in Japan.

BTW, does anybody know if Nintendo will do something on the GDC on March 17? I mean in the past they've shown Zelda trailers and stuff there. This Zelda will be presented at E3, but they could show something else.

And it's not just about using the hardware, Knack is a failure compared to 3D World. The GamePad can't interfere with the Mario experience either.
EAD Tokyo is working on a new project (will probably be revealed at E3) that I'm positive will use the GamePad in good ways.

If the console gets hacked, it's really dead. Smells like Dreamcast. Piracy killed the console.

Kinda cool, but the gameobviously makes no sense this way.

With films, music, books and videogames my time is taken up. The Wii U is more than enough for me.
Besides, if I owned the PS4 I would own less games than on the Wii U, since I only buy the best.

@turnmebackwards How many of those are on the PS3? Destiny Metal Gear... And how many of those are actually worth spending money and time on?
I am just saying it how I see it, because I really don't care about these console debates. Every console is necessary in the end, but right now the PS4 is having a subpar lineup.

@divinelite The PS4 doesn't have anything in 2014. It will be a great must own console, but not this year.

But yeah, 3D World is betterthan anything on the PS4. 300 times better.
