@Stomatopod17 actually, doesn't flail or evolve into frostless? Because it can only be female, so it would be cool to have a mega designed for girls. It would get girls to bye the game so they can get their hands on a beautiful pokemon. If anybody has an idea, then let us know. And if you have a design, post a pic if possible. If not, just give a description!
