@RiasGremory yeah but it's not the same version. I don't think you really understand engine development pipeline. Resident evil 2/3/7/8 are using RE Engine, and yet they could never be ported to switch. MH Rise use the RE engine yes, but a heavily modified version of it that have been striped down to the bare minimum and optimized exclusively for this game and platform... Saying that because it's the same engine, it will run is not really accurate... Hundred of PS4/XBOX One games are using Unreal Engine, some Switch game are using it too, and yet you don't see all those games on Switch.
@Royalblues Wow, it's actually a pretty accurate description of Nintendo situation right now ! I hope that if they make a switch two it has at least enough power to be able to run next gen games that requires very high bandwidth And lots of VRAM... But yeah like you say it'll always be the toned down version of a next gen console game... The only game that still keep the switch interesting nowadays are exclusively Nintendo games... (And little kids)
Since idiotic lazy square enix still refuse to add a LAN option on a PORTABLE CONSOLE, I'll pass on this game and keep in playing on emulator with Mods
