The problem with this Kickstarter isn't that the price point was wrong with miniatures, it was the value of the product. They launched it with very limited playable characters and few bosses. You can see the writing on the wall that they wanted to make more playable characters and add other bosses, but they weren't in the starter set. If this was priced at $100 but had every knight from the game as playable and a boss, it would have been funded. They really seem to be missing the mark though. I hope this funds at the lower price and let's them add enough content to make this a full game.
@Vectorman That's easy to explain. It's not Nintendo, nor a Nintendo video. While there have been a few official game translations that use "Toadstool" (including Mario 64), the official name by Nintendo is "Peach" and only "Peach".
@Vectorman The two audiences are the Japanese speaking people and the English speaking people. Officially, Princess Peach is just that, there is no Toadstool in her name. A few English releases used Toadstool, but that still isn't her name. All I was saying is that Nintendo could embrace it, and officially name the characters "Bowser Koopa" and "Peach Toadstool" and whoever else, just so, minimally, the main characters are aligned internationally.
I've always assumed his full name was Bowser Koopa, and am a bit surprised they haven't tried to just make that official and international. I also assumed Princess Peach had the last name of Toadstool. I've seen other companies try to reconcile their two audiences with common names, I wonder if Nintendo will ever follow suit.

I agree with a few others, the shop would be the thing to add. Let me see what I can order and just order it!
