I am enticed, but after the fiasco that was Hori’s Ace Combat 7 HOTAS flight stick, I’m gonna wait for user reviews to come in. Not gonna fall for that one twice.
Sounds like they're just trying to save face. It outright says on the eShop pages that the account login was required. That doesn't sound like a "glitch" to me.
I don't know what ya'll have been talking about. I played Doom 3 tonight on Switch, and whenever the Bethesda login screen appeared, I pressed B and it dumped me right into the main menu. I even restarted the game a few times to double check. I've been playing for a couple hours now with no problem. Never signed up for an account at all.
