I know what the issue is. There are people out there with Takumi's level 40+10 amongst other characters with levels that are unattainable unless cheating. I am disappointed they are "limiting feathers" to cheaters & that's it. It does not stop anyone from cheating and they still have those characters they cheated to level up. Does not make sense. Very disappointing.
