It's nice to have it released worldwide, but it's really sad how lazy Nintendo got. In the past they would've at least tried to translate it, but now they're just throwing the untranslated ROMs out... Having the option for the original ROM is always nice, but having it as the only option? Nah thanks... Imagine the World FINALLY getting an official Mother 3 release - and it'd be stuck in japanese. That'd be like the biggest middle finger Nintendo could gove out.
The Game & Watch Systems are LCD-Games, though I wouldn't really call them consoles. LCD-Games are more or less considered to be toys. Imagine calling some LCD-Pokédex like the Rotom-Dex a Console
While Sonic is fast, it would be nice to have a game that looks more into his fast reflexes than just running as fast as possible straight forward. With a competent combat system and some harder to beat enemies it could be really fun to run around them, dodge attacks and destroy them. Those enemies could be scattered in explorable areas and you could try to run through them, but maybe you'll also need to protect other animals and get bonuses for destroying the bots? That way you are able to choose between finishing a level fast, but ignoring everything or trying to help everyone and get bonuses. And as long as Sonic is easy and fast to maneuver into any direction, it can still be fast (also don't forget about visual effects that make it seem even faster then it already is, like slowing down time while dodging or a little blur on screen while running at top speed).
My favourite new genre approach for a Sonic game would be a Boss Rush-like game, where Eggman is able to reassemble any of his previous enemies and factories, due to some time manipulation and the phantom ruby, so that Sonic and friends need to go through a huge facility, facing many of his machines and creatures, to finally get to him and stop him. Thanks to being combat-based there would be no need for any huge level design and thus it'd be easier to also make other characters and their fighting styles available. Also, I imagine the facility to be Eggman's Intergalactic Amusement Park, but with not just planets but also his Space Death constructions to be connected to it aswell. It'd be gigantic :3
Not to forget about the 100/200 missing moves in tbe game! It's also pretty funny that a lot of Gen 1 Pokémon are missing, even though they had all of 'em in the Let's Go-games... I could really freak out about the Pokémon-games, though slowly but steadily I stop giving a damn... :/

Re: Rumour: Nintendo Is Reportedly Asking Switch Developers To Make Their Games 4K-Ready
@Alucard83 It depends on the game, but most games are either 1080p and 60 fps or 1080p and 30 fps docked. 720p is in handheld mode
Re: The Reason Why Nintendo's Games Are So Good? Devs Are Given "As Much Time As They Need"
But why does Pokémon feel so rushed, then?!
