Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (August 27th)

My wife and I didn't deviate from our shared gaming plan during the beginning of the weekend, as I continued whittling away at the beast that is Yakuza: Like A Dragon on our PS4 while she continued her steady progress in Metroid Dread, but late Saturday, we were inspired to co-op, and we tested out RE: Revelations 2. I had read good things about the Raid Mode, and can confirm that is quite fun, and a very good means of introduction to the series for someone like her, who was uninitiated and never played an Resident Evil game to completion. The split screen isn't for everyone, I will concede to that, but I was sucked in, for sure.

Finally found Metroid Dread at a price where I could justify picking it up, and I've put about an hour into that, but mostly I've been continuing my 2nd run of FE: Three Houses. I finished my first run with Golden Deer and am now doing Blue Lions. Demetri's a bit of a bummer, but otherwise no complaints yet.

Re: Poll: What's Your Game Of The Year 2022 So Far?

So far, my most played game of 2022 is Fire Emblem:Three Houses (I just hit the time jump in Golden Deer, and wanted to beat it before diving into Three Hopes), but I'm planning on picking up Triangle Strategy and AI: The Somnium Files soon after beating (AND LOVING) both demos last month, so as of now my expected top 5 of 2022...

1. Triangle Strategy
2. Three Hopes
3. AI: The Somnium Files: Nirvana Initiative
4. Olli Olli World
5: Elden Ring
