@ChessboardMan I had the same problem with my order for the shirt on me LE Zelda! I thought I was the only one, except on the tablet it still refused to change it. I instead, ordered a Small, contacted Nintendo UK about how I couldn't change the size, they refused to change it. So now I will get a small shirt when it eventually arrives (Since I'm one of those affected in this article, I think it's due on Tuesday, but that's just going by comments in another article) Such a mess...
@Jkugler That's alright! It's likely you'll get it today then since a lot of people who have been getting it from Hermes have got it today, but don't get your hopes up too high!
@Jkugler If they're still waiting to receive it according to Royal Mail, it might be because they changed to Hermes. Try going on myHermes live chat if you haven't already, say you don't have a tracking number and if you can use your name and postcode to track your parcel. If it's with Hermes, you might have a chance to get it today
@Scamp Mine is definitely with Royal Mail too, but someone else who also definitely with Royal Mail rang them up and apparently we won't be getting it until Tuesday since they didn't receive it until 1am today (A non-working day), so they'll sort it out Monday, ready to deliver on Tuesday...
Just contacted Hermes through Live Chat about my order, using my name and postcode this time... Confirmed that they don't have it. Which likely means Royal Mail has it, and by the sound of things, a lot of people aren't getting their stuff from Royal Mail until Monday...
@Wasuup How'd it go on live chat with them? They kept asking for a sixteen digit tracking number which I only have my Royal Mail tracking number still... So they have no idea where it is...
I'm glad we are all at least here for each other... It's so ridiculous Nintendo is putting us through this. My tracking number finally started working last night at 7pm, then at around 1am said it was at North West RDC, despite I live in the South East, hasn't changed since. No email either to say I'll be getting it today.
@BillieBoo My friend got his Switch earlier today despite his tracking still says "Pre-advice Received"... So I don't know what to believe any more. Just hope we all get compensation for this
@grexcarolinii I wasn't even told there was delay in mine, they just happily dispatched mine this morning at 8:30am. I'm still hoping I'll get mine today, but looking unlikely, so looks like it's going to be another early morning for me tomorrow.

So, just got my WiiU version of Breath of the Wild, going to play that ASAP now until I get the Switch which I'm still waiting to get! But at least I can quench my thirst for Zelda ^_^

@BillieBoo Really doubt they'll dispatch it at this time of night, the only thing I can think of is that it has dispatched, just something went wrong so it hasn't told us... I badly want to play Zelda too, still awake now, can't sleep. Although, luckily for me, I ordered the WiiU version too, so I can at least play that tomorrow hopefully, if I don't get the Switch. Fingers crossed customer support won't have a late response and will be able to help you ASAP!! Debating to ring them tomorrow about it, but I'm too fond of talking to people on the phone..
