I used to make stuff like this. It sold great online. It was really fun to make. Then I found out that I was breaking the law. It's called copyright and trademark infringement, and it's real. With enough publicity, including from well-meaning sites like NintendoLife, companies whose rights are being infringed upon may simply issue a crease and desist. Or, they may choose to make an example out of you and sue, and it will take you a lifetime to recover from something like that. Either stop and come up with original work, or hire a lawyer and protect yourself so you don't end up like the other examples they've exploited. While this publicity is super exciting and I'm happy for you, it's actually a very bad thing for the type of business you're in. Either stay under the radar or be original. And, remember, Nintendo is fully within their right; you, whether it seems fair or not, are not. Be careful. I'm telling you this from personal experience, not just blowing smoke.
