I'm getting this on pre-order if it ships with a bonus, otherwise, I'm waiting. I've got a lot of other RPGs to play plus SE games always go on sale specially the FF ones. Dragon Quest on the other hand . . .

I'm not a big fan of playing online being a paid service. The current set-up is fine by me. I enjoy MarioKart and Monster Hunter Tri as it is. The only thing I'm willing to pay for are DLC for additional characters, stages, etc.
I played the JPN version so this game was a pre-order for me. I even got the stick for the heck of it. Excellent title! Together with Monster Hunter Tri, it's been a good year for the Wii as far as Capcom is concerned. IMHO, one A-list title per quarter per company is more than enough for me. As opposed to multiple C-D titles that come out almost every other week!
This was the first Mario game that I played after SMB 3 on the NES. First Mario 3D game that I played as well. It took a while to get adjusted to the 3D environment but I thought it was better than Mario 64. But between Galaxy and Sunshine, I like Galazy more. FLUDD was good for gameplay but there wasn't enough variety.
I'm happy with all the new games. What bothers me though is how the games are spaced. Wouldn't it be better to have 1 or 2 MAJOR releases per year than having them all bunched up? We had years when we hardly had anything to look forward to now we have SEVERAL first party titles (Metroid: Other M, Super Mario Galaxy 2) and SEVERAL 3rd party titles (Monster Hunter Tri, Tatsunoko vs Capcom, No More Heroes) as well. I feel that I have to rush playing all of them!
I like being able to make my own games. I always enjoyed level editors and the like. Seeing that this was implemented well makes this a must have for me.
I got this game for $19.99 at Amazon only because it was developed by the folks who did Ace Combat. I'm happy that I did. Bargain price for an excellent game!
At 80 points this is so much better than the bookmarks and cards that Club Nintendo NA has been offering. IMHO, NA has the worst Club Nintendo. I've been a Platinum member the past 2 years and the only thing that I got that I've really liked was the DS Game & Watch plus the Mario Hat! I check the JPN and EU Club Nintendo and they have so much stuff that I want!!!!!
I like Final Fantasy IV, but the SNES version with easy difficulty setting just felt wrong. I especially hated the latter stages when the "secret walls" would be visible paths.

Re: Review: UN Squadron (Super Nintendo)
The guys over at ScrewAttack rate this as their All-Time favorite SHMUP. I have never played this game. I am so hoping for a VC release!

Re: Hey Everyone, Get Your Dragon Quest IX On This July
I'll pre-order as soon as it show up on AMAZON.
Re: New Shots of Xenoblade Look Awesome
I hope this reaches NA. Graphics vs Gameplay: if it looks so-so but plays well, I'll buy it!
Re: Nintendo Download: 10th May 2010 (North America)
I'm happy with Foto Dojo! Yay!
Re: Pokémon Black and White Starters are Disappointingly Ugly
I love Pokemon. But this?!?!?!? Ugh!
Re: Kid Adventures: Sky Captain Has Lift-Off
Interesting . . . goo price too.
Re: Review: Sin and Punishment: Star Successor (Wii)
I've got this game pre-ordered. A thank you to Treasure for all the wonderful games that they developed!

Re: Nintendo's 2010 Release Schedule is Predictably Vague
I won't get all hyped up until I see actual game footage.
Re: Galaxy 2 Bonus DVD Detailed, Definitely Won't Play on Wii
I think the DVD is bleh. I want a better freebie.
Re: Review: Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love (Wii)
@Vinsanity no problem. I'm a big fan of Art Books and OSTs. Hope you liked the Art Book.

Re: Mega Man Zero Collection Announced for June Release
Excellent value for $30.
Re: Review: Zombie Panic in Wonderland (WiiWare)
1000 points feels a bit steep. I wish the selectable characters had some differences. Characters with varied stats/skills always make a game better.
Re: Nintendo's Upcoming U.S. Release Schedule Gets Updated
Personally, I don't mind the delay since there are a lot of great games coming out. It gives you more time to play each and every one of them.
Re: Review: Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love (Wii)
I'm glad that I pre-ordered this game with the artbook from NIS!
Re: Review: Infinite Space (DS)
I've been wanting to play this since the JPN release. But reading all the mixed reviews sort of makes me apprehensive.
Re: Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Could Be On Its Way
I just love fighting games in general. If this happens, so be it. I'll just keep on believing.

Re: Feature: The Neo Geo Shooters We Need On Virtual Console
I want more SHMUPs. It's cheaper playing them at home than on the arcade! He he he.
Re: Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon Gets The NES Treatment
Excellent work! I'll send this to my Dad. Him being a huge fan and all.
Re: Review: Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber (Virtual Console / Nintendo 64)
SRPGs are not for everyone. But if you enjoy the genre then I guess this is a must have. I'll play the game and I'll see if it's worth the 10/10.

Re: First Impressions: Sora o Kakeru Shōjyo Shooting
@Sean Aaron
You're doing a great service for all the SHMUPs fans by bringing obscure JPN games to our attention. Excellent work!
Re: First Impressions: Sora o Kakeru Shōjyo Shooting
I'll get this on Day 1 if it ever comes out in NA. I support SHMUPs since I'm a big fan of the genre. Most of them being budget priced helps too!
Re: Nintendo Download: 26th March 2010 (Europe)
I hope that NA gets Ogre Battle 64 soon!
Re: Wii & DS Become Guardians Of The Great Ga'Hoole Tree
It looks promising from the visuals. Of course that doesn't guarantee anything. I'll wait for the review or a demo before I purchase the game.
I haven't heard of the book though. I find that funny since I read a lot.
Re: Review: Photo Dojo (DSiWare)
If it stays at 200 points, I'll get it when it comes to NA.
Re: Review: Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon (Wii)
Interesting enough. Too many new games. I will get this but not right now. If only Amazon offered the OST pre-order bonus . . .
Re: Ogre Battle 64 Hits Europe This Friday
I hope this hits the NA market soon! I'm not touching the 1500 points on my Wii.
Re: Review: Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver (DS)
I love the Pokewalker! It's an excellent add-on.
Re: Review: Castlevania: Rondo of Blood (Virtual Console / TurboGrafx-16)
900 points well spent!
Re: Review: Seiken Densetsu 3 (Super Nintendo)
I hope this fings its way to NA.
Re: Cave Story to Cost 1200 Wii Points
1200 is pretty steep. I'll wait for the reviews before I buy. Or maybe, just maybe, we'll get a demo.
Re: More Last Story Artwork Emerges, Looks Suitably Gorgeous
First time I heard of this game . . .
Re: Review: Castlevania: Rondo of Blood (Virtual Console / TurboGrafx-16)
I'm downloading it this weekend!
Re: First Impressions: Uchimakure! Touchpen Wars
JPN gets great budget games. I hope this ends up in NA.
Re: Review: Military Madness: Nectaris (WiiWare)
Interesting. I just might get this when it comes out in NA.
Re: Review: Jet Grind Radio (Game Boy Advance)
I hope SEGA brings Jet Grind Radio to the Wii (you can throw in Balance Board support)
Re: Review: Final Fantasy II (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
@everyone
Oh for those who are playing this for the first time, please consider downloading the sequel on WiiWare.
Re: Review: Final Fantasy II (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
I like Final Fantasy IV, but the SNES version with easy difficulty setting just felt wrong. I especially hated the latter stages when the "secret walls" would be visible paths.
Re: Review: Elemental Masters (DSiWare)
I like the concept. But 800 points is steep for a DSiWare title. It would've been a sure buy at 500 for me. Hmmm . . .
Re: Nintendo Download: 12th March 2010 (Europe)
I'd get Ironclad but I'll still save some extra points for Rondo of Blood.
Re: Review: Super Mario 64 DS (DS)
I only had control issues when flying. But otherwise, the D-PAD was fine.
Re: Top DS Toilet Timewasters
Great article! I always play with my DS when I'm going for number 2!
