There is a slow way to transfer some pokemon from Pokémon Go to Pokemon Home and further into Pokemon Sword & Shield. 1st transfer any eligible pokemon from Pokémon Go to Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu/ Eevee in the Go Park. Then using the Switch, log in to Pokémon Home and transfer those Pogo Mons from Let's Go to the Pokémon Home boxes. Finally transfer that pokemon from Pokémon Home into Your Pokémon Sword or shield game. I have already done this with a dratini, a shiny squirtle and a shiny eevee.
