So, a hacker is responsible for what people do with their technology? Imagine if they did that with gun manufacturers. (I'm pro gun ownership) Legal responsibility in the US is so screwy. Glad he is out and didn't get the time Kevin Mitnick did. The fee he has to pay is stupid high. I hope he works under the table the rest of his life and never pays Nintendo another dime.
