Re: Feature: 20 Wii Games We'd Love To Download From The Wii U eShop - Part One

@Krambo42 You answered your own question. Some people prefer to be all digital, some people don't have the games and $10 is a steal and others might just want to avoid the hassle of going through the Wii menu. Considering you can get games like Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid Pride for a couple dollars more than an SNES or GBA game, I'd say there's good reason for people to be excited.

The Wii U is shaping up to be my favorite Nintendo Console and even though I was never into handhelds, I love and play the 3DS all the time. So I'm not going to sit here and talk about all the things wrong with Nintendo's management when they are continuing to bring me amazing games on two different systems. If the things that concern Adelman are also the same traits that keep them from being just like their competitors, I hope they don't change. They've proven they can figure out ways to survive and profit even in third place. That's one thing that is unique about them.

@ejamer I think the first handheld Smash Bros game was pretty big noise. I agree it doesn't really look like an exciting year on paper, but I personally put a lot of hours into Smash, Omega Ruby, Tomodachi Life, Mario Golf and Fantasy Life.

@Sergio151 I don't really see the point in telling him it won't be the next Pokemon as if you're setting him straight, when you really have no clue what will end up happening with it. It's extremely successful right now and you can't say it'll just be a fad, because you never really know if something was a fad until it's suddenly gone. People could have easily made the same predictions about Pokemon.

@Chubblings The Xenoblade port wouldn't have been able to run on an original 3DS, so you're not missing out on anything. The majority of users will still have an older model so they're not going to lose out on all of those software sales to sell a few more New 3DS's. If something ends up an exclusive then it'll likely be a game that couldn't have been created the way they want with the lesser technology.

@MojoBones I'm having the same issue. I have noticed that if you replay a completed stage and then play a new one, everything will be saved. So the issue seems to be that the whole game is only saving once a stage is completed for the first time
