@Joh1121 wouldn't bother they told me to go back Ron the retailer to chase as myhermes and Hermes are different sections. One thing after another's today

@Jkugler may be worth contacting them just to clarify as I can see som earlier post stating that theres actually hadn't been sent! With you on that the wait is killing me for BoTW 😫

@Jkugler probably Hermes from the sound of it! Would say to call Nintendo but you'll be on for some time! They wouldn't even give me the tracking number until I really pushed them

@joh1121 totally agree. I think Nintendo U.K. Store haven't had to deal with a new release like this. The demand for the new 3ds xl would have been much lower. It's more that if this had been looked into on my first call it wouldn't have been so bad, had to make 3 calls in the end! Will keep you posted fingers, toes and legs firmly crossed!

Well after an hour and half on hold get through to be told it's actually coming via Hermes and they'd emailed me to inform me which they hadn't. Hermes tracking shows no information at all but Nintendo are adamant it will be delivered before 8 today. Went on chat with Hermes who can't track and said to get back onto the retailer who has to chase!!!!
