I'm really hoping this works with my Turtle Beach NLA headset. I figured it was licensed by Nintendo and supported by the majority of online chat enabled games currently out, so it should work going forward. Don't neglect THAT support Capcom/Nintendo!

None of this matters. March 2013, Wii U sales will soar. Wii U will soar when the next Retro title comes out. It will soar when Mario, Starfox, or Metroid comes out. It will soar when Bayonetta 2 comes out. It will soar when Aliens come out. I see plenty of Wii U sales in the near future. Its only been like 2 months. DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

@Koto. You are absolutely right. Does no one remember how "slow" the PS3 cell architecture was...... Honestly, the PS3 has tech, but was heavily criticized when it first came out. Wii U has tech, it juggles its OS, game, and Miiverse all at once. Coming to you on streaming screaming screens!

Yup. I bought ZombiU, AC III, Darksiders II, Black Ops II, and I have the Nintendo Land packin. I havent touched AC III or N-Land yet (wow). The other 3 are amazing. Darksiders has its bugs, but is packed with great action. ZombiU is tough (very tough). This game is hardcore. One bite = dead. Survival mode (hardest) means you only get one survivor. It's very easy to be bitten (very). Aside from the games, Miiverse is a welcome surprise and very addictive. It's honestly a video game oriented facebook. What gets me is the art!? People draw some awesome stuff on this pad and you can view it on their posts. Wish I could draw like that.

Bottom line. Buy Wii U. If you buy games for it. Buy 3rd party (seriously, Nintendo will do fine without your money for their games). I've played Wii, PS3, and 360. I loooooved 360. Tablet gaming and Wii U and Miiverse is where it's at though. Best way to put it----I'm OVERjoyed with the Wii U.

NL is less apt to be corrupted. You know, they don't have someone whose profile only shows them as following nothing but PS3 and Vita games, but somehow ends up reviewing the "killer app" for Wii U. -_- Nintendolife.......fistpound

MH Tri got me hooked, so picking this up is a no-brainer. I will definitely be getting a Wii U for this, if nothing else. Love it, love it, love it.

I, of course, will be buying MH Ultimate. I bought Tri a little after it came out and only recently got into it (it collected dust for awhile). I am now very much addicted. MH is definitely my favorite game of all time. I've never spent so much time playing one game before and kept coming back.

@Ryno, Guess that kind of makes me an ultimate video game nerd. So you play what, sports titles and are the ultimate video game jockey? Lol..

As long as Wii U gets Monster Hunter in America, I'm fine. I'm still pouring hours into Tri. Might be more accurate to say days than hours.

I had such a great time with this game. The matrix spoof, the alien spoof, and the multiplayer on it were great! It was definitely good for laughs and had replay.

I thought the first Turok was great for its time. AAAANNND, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil was definitely a blast! Cerebral bore, Serrated Chakram (I don't know what it's called), and of course the bow with exploding arrows. C'mon!??! What else do you need? Put it on VC so I can play it again!

I'm not buying another 3DS. I bought the first, knowing that there would be an upgrade that I wasn't patient enough for. Now that I have it, I will not trade up. My Ford Fiesta is paid off and running well. I don't see a reason to shell out another 5 grand for a Chevy Malibu with tinted windows. Show Reggie all the love you want, but in the end, he and his cronies are salespeople. They learn about the games, so that they can sell them to you, not always because that's their passion. How glad am I that they just announced ANOTHER Pokemon game with a VERY MINOR upgrade (this one being larger than any other). Not very. Retro and Intelligent need to get together. Metroid went from 2D to full and fantastic 3D in ONE game. Pokemon has slowly crept from B/W 2D to Color "over the shoulder 2D" in 58 games **sarcasm/exaggeration**. They could've advanced a long time ago, but where is the money in that. As long as people keep buying a new installment for 10 new monsters and the same story in a different region with different people, why spend a lot of time making it better? It's good business, but sh*tty for the gamer. They won't change until they get some serious competition or somebody seriously hurts their wallet.

Why is labeling what gen it will be so important? Don't be sheep. I still play NES games because of the enjoyment. What is that one? First gen? Second gen? I don't care.

Tablet connectivity will be emulated just like motion controls. I don't care who did it first. There's only one with the Nintendo magic behind it.

Zombie U is my first day purchase. First day purchase when there is a black Wii U available.

It looks pretty good. I'm sure it will look noticeably better on Wii U. It's going to be worth a rental at least.

This really stinks. Reggie's a business man so if it might not create alot of profit, attention needs to be diverted to projects that will. BUT WHAT PROJECTS?? The 3 whole games currently in development.

Don't let the flag fool you, this definitely affects me. I'm just on a mandatory vacation and it'd be nice to be able to play Xenoblade and Last Story when I get back.
