Despite how much I would like Steins gate, That’s a pretty absurd price for a digital copy. I’ve been waiting on a price drop for the Sega mega drive collection though, So I might pick that up.
Disappointed but I understand the decision if the work that was already done wasn’t up to scratch. I’m a bit worried though that whatever Retro had been working on for the past few years will disappear. Maybe they were close to finishing whatever project it was they were involved in?
It looks really great, As was the previous game on Switch. I’ve been a fan of Wonder Boy/Monster Boy since playing the original game on the Sega Master System. The series has such a weird history, With many different versions of the same game appearing on multiple systems, With different names attached.
Can’t wait to play this, But as others have mentioned, The price tag is a bit too steep at this time of year. Mabye after Xmas.
Has there been any mention of them fixing the audio quality? It hasn’t been a big issue for me, Really. But I understand why some players would be frustrated. The A + B button thing is just bizarre, But I quickly got used to it.
@Rhaoulos They started on PC though. Game Dev Story was a pc game before being ported to mobile, I think Hot Springs Story was also. They may have found success in the West on mobile but their early stuff was on PC.
All three are excellent little games. I would say Game dev story is actually my least favourite of the three, Dungeon Village (along with Epic Astro story) is probably my favourite of all the Kairosoft games.
When I initially saw the pricing on Switch I was as sceptical as anyone else, But most of these are £4.99 on iOS and mobile pricing is a different beast entirely, It’s easy to compare but I don’t think it’s entirely fair. There is absolutely £8.99 worth of entertainment in these games. I’ve replayed Dungeon Village so many times on iOS I have more than got my money’s worth.
I won’t be picking any of these up, But only because I already own all 3 on mobile.
It's a fun game an I hope it does well on Switch. I can see a lot of people having buyers remorse with it though, It's definitely not for everyone. Initially when I picked it up on PS4 I wasn't a huge fan, It definitely grew on me though.
I didn’t know Risk Of Rain was coming to switch. I played it a lot on Vita, It’s a great game. Nice to see the Sega Ages releases. I hope Phantasy Star isn’t too far away.
If the pricing is similar to the mobile releases I will be on board (they won’t be though, I’m sure). Carcassone, Pandemic and Catan are all excellent games. I would like to see Talisman and Ticket to ride in the future.

I can’t wait to play this. I’ve held off on the Steam version because I knew it was coming to switch. I just hope it runs well.

The banner saga games haven’t updated their price either.
Re: Nintendo Download: 21st February (Europe)

Re: Diablo III Season 16 Goes Live Today Bringing New Rewards, Conquests, Quality Of Life Changes And More
Can’t wait. Bought this on sale around Xmas but I’ve deliberately held off playing too much as I knew the season was starting in January.
Time to play Necromancer.

Re: Review: Crashlands - A Neat Survival RPG Which Can't Quite Keep Repetition At Bay
Played it a lot when it released on iOS. Had pretty much the same issues. It’s a lot of fun, But the shine soon wears off and the repetition sets in.

I have never played Dracula's curse. I'll give it a go at that price.
