I agree with you! I specifically have 4 games that I am waiting to see if they perform better on Switch 2 before I buy them:
Wavetale The Plucky Squire Penny's Big Breakaway The Knight Witch
The framerate is way low for these games and I want a smooth 60 frames per second. I wonder if games will naturally be better or if the developers need to create a specific Switch 2 version...
This is what I noticed too. Glad I'm not the only one who misses that! I do love the updated graphics. To me, they feel brighter and more whimsical. But the moving character faces while they talk need to come back!
I first played Super Metroid on NSO one month before Dread was released. I didn't have a Super Nintendo growing up. But I knew I had to play Super Metroid before Dread because of how great everyone said it is.
I was blown away by how polished it was. Totally atmospheric! I loved it.
Please Nintendo, make a Metroid Collection.
Metroid (have the choice of NES Metroid that has a map and widescreen / Metroid Zero Mission widescreen) Metroid 2 (have the choice between Gameboy version widescreen / Samus Returns HD) Metroid 3 (have the choice between Super Metroid untouched / widescreen version with smoother pixels filter) Metroid 4 (have the choice between Metroid Fusion untouched / widescreen version with smoother pixels filter) Metroid 5 (Metroid Dread, but make the game longer and include an epilogue that is epic and has more cinematics to tie up all loose ends with the story).
This is my very first posting as a new follower of NintendoLife! Thank you for a great website and stellar YouTube channel. Wish I could be a part of your YouTube channel discussions. You guys do an Amazing job.
I would add Boomerang Fu! It is such a fun game and it has given me and my family and friends so many great laughs =D
Edit: I guess it is not as much co-op as it is Versus Multiplayer but still wanted to share it.

Re: Talking Point: Nintendo Indie World Showcase Predictions - What Do You Hope To See?
I want to see updates to some games:
1. The Knight Witch (60 fps)
2. Monster Boy (120 fps)
Re: Rumour: Iconic Studio Codemasters May Soon Close For Good
Big Nose the Caveman, developed on the NES by CodeMasters, is an Amazing game that not many people know about and the music is incredible.
