Personal Websites and/or Internet Content Providers sites That link to Nintendo ROMs, Nintendo emulators and/or illegal copying devices can be held liable for copyright and trademark violations, regardless of whether the illegal software and/or devices are on their site or whether they are linking to the sites where the illegal items are found.
@mike_intv it doesn't own full rights to them all, but it licence them and earns a cut of the profits from the games. Additionally, still prolly a bad idea to steal from other companies too.
For whatever reason, people think this isn't illegal, and they don't seem to realize the damage this has on the industry as a whole. Here is a direct quote from nintendo's legal page: Yes.
