At $99 that's a no brainer to upgrade my kids' original 3DS and 2DS. Might even grab one for myself to go with my New XL so I can have access to faceplates.
My daughters loved Infinity 1.0. There was a lot of variety in the playsets and things that interested them. They like the Avengers but just weren't interested in the playsets. We've played it 2 or 3 times together. They enjoyed running around in the toy boxes but the load times on Wii U and Xbox One were borderline ridiculous. I haven't pulled the trigger on 3.0 despite the pre-order bonuses because of their lack of enthusiasm and I want to see if they fixed some of the issues.
