Haunted Castle is probably the worst game in the franchise though, to give it a spot over the dozens of good games that are in the franchise makes no sense. Although I don't think it should be in the arcade collection either, especially given Konami's amazing track record on the arcade front.
I hope they have some sort of quick save feature, because they didn't have it for Castlevania Requiem, and these are some of the hardest games in the franchise.
If they made a 3ds game with about half of the pokemon in the game only available from amiibo cards and toys, so let's say when you scanned a card it would say "a new Pokemon has been released in the wild!" It would basically be the biggest money printing game Nintendo has ever put out. I'm fairly sure they are working on something similar right now. People might see this as mercenary at first, but it would be a mega hit, and as I don't care about Pokemon, but love the fact that it keeps the Nintendo Franchises I care about alive, I'm all for that.
I am pretty baffled by your rating system, you gave some ancient, stale Game Boy games that I couldn't even play for more than 5 seconds (Mega Man series for instance) 9/10 and you give this fantastic little puzzle game a 6?
Best controller stick on a portable ever. I remember playing Bust A Move for hours on end with my friends. We would spend hours beating each other's high score. To this day, I still can't play that game on any other system (portable or otherwise) because the "clicky stick" gave you such precise aiming.
My first system of any kind was an original grey Game Boy, which I absolutely loved. I owned pretty much every portable Nintendo system, and I also own/owned a Game Gear, Neo Geo Pocket Color, PSP and a Vita. Nintendo portable systems were the only ones I had a true relationship with, for the reasons you cite. (the one exception is the Neo Geo Pocket, which was great and the joystick was probably the best on any portable system.)
These days, even though I enjoy the Vita and some of the games, I couldn't really care less if it died on me, whereas both my Zelda 3DS systems are more important to me than I care to admit.

Re: Resident Evil 4 On Switch Is Missing Something Pretty Major For Nintendo Fans
What's really missing is a physical copy.

Re: Here's The Full Lineup For Castlevania Anniversary Collection On Switch
@Zuljaras Haunted Castle is a horrible game, basically unplayable. Kid Dracula is a very good game.
Also Kid Dracula is not an arcade game, so that would make no sense.
Re: Hollow Knight Is Rapidly Nearing a Switch Release
I want this badly, I hope they partner with Limited Run for a physical release. I collect Metroidvanias.

@mikegamer Great thanks!
Re: Guide: Where to Pre-Order Your Super NES Classic Edition
@Hordak Do you know if it's pal only, how will it work with US tvs?
Re: Monster Hunter Stories Will Roar Onto 3DS in Europe on 8th September
If they announce MHXX for the West, I will get this too. If not, Capcom can suck it.
Re: Review: ARMS (Switch)
I'm just waiting for my Amazon order, unfortunately UPS doesn't deliver until 7-8pm. My arms are ready.
Re: Capcom Has No Plans to Bring Monster Hunter XX for Nintendo Switch to the West
This is so dumb, angering the "small" but faithful Western base is not going to get them more players for MHWorld. I am pissed.
Re: Feature: Nintendo Life's Top 10 Super Mario Platformers
Galaxy 2 should be number 1, it should at least have been above Galaxy. It does everything better, except in the originality department.

This is easily an 8/10, if not more.
Re: Review: Rival Turf! (Wii U eShop / Super Nintendo)
I'm a Nintendo guy, but when it comes to 16-bit beat em all, Streets of Rage was the name of the game. I'll give that one to Sega hands down.
For 8-bit, I'll take River City Ransom, that's my jam.

Re: Vblank Entertainment Confirms Full Retro City Rampage DX Update Details and Plans to Bring Another Game to 3DS
I bought this when it was on sale a few weeks ago, I haven't played much yet, been busy with other games, but I really like it so far.
