@foursider Because it's not an "homage", it's actually a proper Mega Drive game.

Probably should mention that the game does in fact NOT fully play in your system language. Menus will in be English, but the descriptions of the games are in Japanese and so is the in-game "bonus book". It also shows the Japanese versions on the main screen with the English versions being hidden away under "Bonus". So you can play the English versions of all games, but this is not the same version as the Western collection.

@Coalescence Disc 1 has 12 tracks from Castlevania 1 and 28 tracks from Super Castlevania IV.
Disc 2 has 9 tracks from Simon's Quest, 12 tracks from Castlevania: The Adventure and 12 tracks from Kid Dracula.
Disc 3 has 28 tracks from Castlevania III
Disc 4 has 21 tracks from Belmont's Revenge and 23 tracks from Bloodlines.

I doubt that's a full soundtrack for any of them, but there's a lot of tracks covered.

Where is the EUR 6.03 price point coming from? At least on the German store, the games are all €5.59.
