What are people actually complaining about. Not been able to redownload or not been able to buy game 50 years from now ?

This is getting very confusing.

Digital has allowed indies join the party, which is better then those games never seen the light of day.

The only benefit the owning physical media is to resell.

Lets look at this from the indie dev side of things. Does not have the resources, cash to get a physical release to happen.

Seems like a good idea to me if my game was going to sit beside Mario in the shop, more exposure and surely a few more sales.

I think you are entitled to make one back up if you own the original and must be destroyed if you sell or lose the original. Different depending what country you live in.

Just because your entitled to make a back up, doesn't mean Nintendo will let you play the back up on unofficial hardware.

All this game needed was to tack on ways to play Grand Prix and Knockout tour via free roam like missions, with some extra unlockables, 100cc license, 150cc license, karts ....

Muscle Champion Kinnikuto no Kessen is a great game, lots of fun and plenty to unlock. Still have my 100% save file.
