I don't think you understand how move sets work in Arceus. They are 100% interchangeable at literally anytime in the field or town. Pokemon do not forget moves and forgetting one means you can just replace it from the move menu.
Thus you can just remove baby doll eyes at your leisure an dnot worry about ever evolving it into a sylveon.
