@NintendoByNature Right on! Kill the shadow skeletons that pop up. The boss then will fire a black beam to you, and just time your attack and hit that beam...you'll see what happens.
@NintendoByNature Ok, so the key is to stay in the middle on the high platform, and jump over the beam when Yaluk fires it out. He'll flash his eyes to give a warning that the beam is coming. You'll have to time the jump right, but it's definitely doable. I also recommend using the spear or boomerang weapon on this guy, as you can stand further to attack. Once you get the pattern down, you'll find it's not so bad. Cheers
@The_Top_Loader Thanks. The SNES game is a different Sydney Hunter game than this, and is available on our site still. It's actually a sequel to this game actually.
@Tasuki Thank you very much. Maybe it was the Sac Gamers Expo a couple years back? I'm glad you enjoyed playing it, and thank you for the kind words. Cheers
Thank you Ollie for sharing your honest opinion, and I definitely appreciate you taking the time to check it out.
To clarify, if you beat a level and you need go back to that same level to collect more crystal skulls, you are able to exit that level at any point which will keep all items you've collected based on your most recent save point. It'll save some time opposed to playing the whole level again. Collecting items to progress is a featured we were inspired by from classics like Super Mario 64 and others. Cheers, and once again, thank you.
@brandonbwii The SNES game in which you're thinking of is called Sydney Hunter and the Caverns of Death, which is a sequel to this game. This one is modern console exclusive.
@Prof_Yoshtonics Thanks, and yes we are working on a game called Sydney Hunter and the Caverns of Death for the NES, but that's actually a sequel to this one, and it's a completely different game. I'm like you too, I love and prefer physical copies.

@PhilKenSebben Right on! It's a fun event for sure. I lived in Folsom for several years back in the day and I really love the Sac area. Cheers.
