VRR seems like a no brainer for the built-in screen. Good thing they support this. But on a TV in 4K60 mode this is not going to work I'm afraid. HDMI VRR requires HDMI 2.1 support, 4K60 seems to indicate the Switch 2 only has HDMI 2.0. Freesync is possible over 4K60 but with a limited range of 48-60 I believe. Also good luck getting this to work when using an AVR in between like me.
The main reason why Switch emulation is so popular is because it performs and looks way better than the original. I don't think this ever happened before during the active lifetime of a console.
I personally haven't tried Yuzu but I did hack my Switch just to overclock it.

This in combination with an overclocked Switch is as good as it gets for now. It's not magic, but it does help.
