Not trying to pass judgement on any side here, but for anyone saying it's bad because it violated the EULA and is illegal, that's not necessarily true. In fact, a EULA that is too restrictive might actually be illegal to enforce in some areas due to various consumer right laws. For example, jailbreaking an iPhone is against Apple's EULA but the courts ruled it perfectly legal. Again, that situation isn't a direct parallel to this one, but it's something to keep in mind.
About Virtue's Last Reward on the eShop: The official Aksys Games Facebook says "The save glitch in the PEC room has been addressed in the eShop version." Also, if you're going to get it digital, you better do it quick. Aksys' website says "Get Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward for only $24.99 from now until September 3, 2013!"
About this part of the review: "In one mission in particular, you are tasked with rescuing four tanks in under three minutes, but there is no in-game collection counter...causing the entire mission to be a mad scramble to find as many tanks as possible without knowing how many you have left to collect" I'm pretty sure that if you hit the Start button, the game pauses and there's a counter that tells you exactly how many tanks you've already rescued.

Re: Assets For Cancelled Nintendo DS Version Of Crash Tag Team Racing Emerge
@Sforzando The reasoning sounds pretty plausible to me. This is an industry where companies even cancel fully completed games.

@sinalefa
The 2DS isn't going to be released in Japan.
Re: Harvest Moon: A New Beginning Finally Sowing Its Seed In Europe This September
Hopefully this version fixes all the horrendous localization errors that the North American one had.
