@AndyC_MK84 but with pokemon I already finished both sword and shield and the dlc for both with a full pokedex on both games. Shiny hunting is literally knocking a pokemon out repeatedly or biking in a circle hatching eggs. And no you don't "have a variety of not knowing what pokemon you're going to encounter" when your breeding. Shiny hunting is essentially the same idea as this. Doing the same thing over until you get the outcome you desire. I've spent about 8 months ish breeding for a shiny Dreepy. Its something I enjoy. Just like playing that level is something he enjoys. There's not a single thing wrong with that.

I put thousands of hours playing the main quest of fallout 4 since it came out because I enjoy it. I put hundreds of hours in destiny 2 grinding the nightfall strikes because I enjoy it. Like I said I understand the concern its great that someone is worried about him. I mean no hate to you just giving my opinion.

Doing the math, it equals approximately 2 hours per day. Everyone giving him hate over that needs to chill lmao. Its 2 hours a day playing something he loves. There's nothing wrong with that
@Dethmunk not everyone has a ton of money to spend on games but still want to play on their spare time. There's this thing going on, im not sure if you heard of it but its call Covid-19. Its kinda a big deal for already struggling families. I grew up with a struggling family so we didn't have all the newest and latest games. Not everyone can afford a $60 limited release game that shouldn't be limited in the first place. Just cuz you bought the damn game day one doesnt mean everyone can afford it when some families are struggling to get by in times like this. I dont get how YOU can't grasp that smh
