@Gerald @stuie1234 That defining moment when you hear an 8-bit sampled voice saying "Treasure Island Dizzy" through a single tinny mono speaker on a CPC464 ❤ I never could find the final coin in that game though so stayed stuck on the island 😳
I guess it's a staggered download across the globe to take it easy on the eshop for downloads and sort any unexpected issues before it gets swamped (I think there was an issue that got resolved already)
@DarthFoxMcCloud totally agree. I will be playing docked with pro controller mainly and it would be nice to be able to use chat without miles of cable or being tethered a few feet from the tv. Unless Bluetooth headphone functionality is coming in a future update I'll have to settle for handheld mode when chatting.
ONLY plus to the mobile app is you're wire-free to use voice chat.
While I can dream I'd love a HD remastered version of Freedom Fighters from Eidos/IO Interactive. Still love and play the original frequently.
A sequel has always been rumoured with no take up sadly. But the star of the original is a New York plummer, if it wouldn't fit at home on the Switch, where else is it going to, right? Maybe it just needs a publisher to be interested... come on Nintendo, get your wallet out and pick up the phone a bit like you did with Devil's 3rd and Bayonetta 2. Isn't it worth it even if it would only get 1 sale (me)?
@WhistleFish YES, just YES for more devils third! Even if it's just the awesome online that became Devil's 3rd online. The X86 twins have battle royal games in Fortnite etc so why not one on Switch which could just be a UR4 reskin because it was so much fun while it lasted on Wii U. I miss me some chickens and giant fruit blender action lol
The Wii U had a battle royal mode in Devil's Third....make like Bayonetta 3 Nintendo and help bring Valhalla's Devil's Third online incarnation to Switch! Loved supporting my clan in online multiplayer...
It would be nice if Nintendo gave a loyalty discount on Switch download for those that went all digital with MK8 + dlc on Wii U, it's all connected through MyNintendo after all.
