There are positive things, but they keep making bizarre decisions. Dueling for Stars is back, but only in the Pro Mode? It couldn't have been a general toggle? I've seen a few other major headscratchers and removed features that feel like they bungled many things yet again. I'm skipping this one.
Its hard to imagine he would throw away an entire feature because of an extra second or two on boot. Multiplying all the cumulative seconds gives you a meaningless number. It assumes that every player would view that second as a "waste". I sure wouldn't if it meant getting surround sound. And thats assuming you couldn't skip it. I don't buy it.
Perhaps they didn't want to pay the licensing fees for Dolby and he's trying to spin it positive.

Re: Poll: So, Will You Be Getting Super Mario Party Jamboree?
They're too many bad design decisions in this one. I'll wait to see if any patches or DLC make improvements.

@ClassSonicSatAm Yes, yes, yes.
Re: Nintendogs-Style Switch Exclusive Little Friends: Dogs & Cats Launches This May
I want to like this game, but I keep so many examples of the game falling deep into the uncanny valley and it keeps pushing me away.

@Yasume I'm sure the ad revenue alone affords him the opportunity.
