@Bret yep both stole so nobody should be mentioned in any articles. That man at least put together the content, the other one just cut the name of the channel and uploaded it.
Before this article goes any further, we all should know that the first twitter account quoted there, @RyanJamesDee, stole that video from a trending Tiktok. No credits were given to the original creator.
