Will the connection be disrupted if I close the 3DS during a system transfer? I usually get burned in pixels when the screens displays the same thing for a while, and would like to avoid that.
I'm wondering if I'd be able to transfer (wirelessly) my data from my old 16GB card (holding content that's less than 4GB) to the new 3DS' 4GB card... It would make sense, but I'm not sure if it'll only let me transfer my data to cards with greater/same capacity

So the system transfer happens after the wireless SD data transfer?
