Dried. Apple. CRAPINTOSH! May you, all your products, and everyone that has no interest in higher technology be scraped from this mortal coil*! Yeah, anyone that's been around in gaming for very long knows that Zelda games are just epic, even the 'bad' ones (Hey now, Zelda 2 is waaaay better than alot of other other NES fails). So since we've established that Zelda = good game, we naturally assume Zenonia shares the awesomeness, & it becomes an insta-buy.
Isn't math fun?
/runs out to the store--err...runs to his DSi & buys it! Huzzah!

And to think, I delayed buying Oracle of Seasons, Oracle of Ages & Link's Awakening DX because I thought for sure the DSi would get GB releases! I just hope LA gets released as the DX version...
No one's gunna believe us when we talk about it...oh well, I guess that just means we don't have to worry about them stealing our pre-orders! I wonder how the DSiware transfer is gunna work, because I might end up using my dear dear DSi to subsidize the $250-300 price tag...heck, if worse comes to worse I'll just save all my Christmas money & ask my parents 2 pay the rest for my birthday! Yay! I've gotten a Nintendo system for every birthday since my DS lite in 2007 (Lite, Wii, DSi, SNES...3DS!!!!!) Totally stoked.
If you take the words "Final" and "Fantasy" out of the title, this game suddenly goes from 'crappy spin-off' to 'fleshed out SNES classic'. C'mon, how many games are this good/fun? Is Yoshi's Island as hard as SMB 3? Heck no! But I find YI to be much more enjoyable. The same goes for this. Yeah it's easy, but a game's difficulty doesn't necessarily determine quality or a good rating (Takeshi's Challenge anyone?) Great game - I recomend it.
As far as storage capacity goes - the FULL NAND dump of my Wii, that includes all the system files & @ least 1800 blocks worth of games & saves, was a paltry 580MB (it's more than 512MB cuz it was uncompressed and there's a BILLION directories in the Wii NAND), & the Wii's HD is 512MB, so I'm thinkin that 1.5 GB is gunna b way better than the Wii. Also, keep in mind that a Gamecube disk only holds 1.35GB...& it's very rare to have a game completely fill the disk (though they pad it out to capacity with zeroes anyway).
With that in mind, unless you expect to carry ur whole GC library wherever you go, you're gunna be ok.
Now as far as prosessing power goes - the 3DS has 2 processors that beat out the PS2 individually, not to mention them together, or with the 133Mhz GPU. The great thing is that everything is going to be optimized, so if they did it right, they could definitely beat out a Gamecube, & maybe, since the screens are smaller, even the original Xbox!
But what I wanna know is, what in the name of Din is the iPhone going to do with that much power? Personally, I think it's just so they can get away with writing sloppy code...ugh...
Anyway, awesome news! Nintendo should totally get into personal computing...well /looks at Wii OS Maybe not...lol xD
Flithy lies. The only way they could ever atone for something that grave would be to drop the price...but it's still a lie. DON'T LIE - CAPTAIN FALCON WILL FIND YOU! xD
Ya know, I almost wish I would've spent my 600+ Brawl hours on this...at least it seems like everyopne would still be playing w/ me!

EDIT: & yeah, I agree w/ everybody else who says Melee & Brawl are both purty good.
:0 Wait...did I hear someone say "Yoshi's Island"? GAH! I love YI!!! It's too bad it's never seen a release beyond the original, that GBA remake, & sorta that DS one...though that's more like just a re-visit. Anyway, I totally with whoever said that about SMW & YI! Without them, I see no need for this collection (well, YI is understandable, but if they DARE leave out SMW I might have 2 pack up & go to Movemodo! >:3)

/hopelessly attempts to comprehend astronomical sales figures 8D
Lol, great discussion guys. I would say something about Microsoft's preferred way of solving these sorts of problems, but it's not really worth saying...lol
Anyway, I totally support homebrew & innovation & awesome stuff like that, but the truth is, people will be people, & whether the device is used solely for homebrew or not, if unsigned code can be executed in any way, the whole security of the system is breached.
And now that I've rehashed what everyone said/already knows I bring the real question to the surface: Is it really the responsibility of the (British*) government to be enacting such a narrow law when it seems like such greater problems exist? At least they could broaden this law to include more than just one platform...
I just stop & laugh when I consider the situation. Banning such devices means /nothing/ to someone who has no regard for legality anyway, because the same people who are going to pirate/download/infringe upon intellectual rights (whatever lol), will smuggle flash cards in without even blinking an eye! Oy vey...I guess something is better than nothing!
*or ANY!
lol this article totally defies the community rules about piracy etc. XD
Something about it reminds me of Ape Escape (PS1 version)...lol turns out I never actually beat that one, I don't think it ever caught on (at least not here). That's a shame seeing as how intuitive some of it was...& I'm NOT refering to the voice acting x( lol I've never seen worse! Why can they never do something as simple as......aw nevermind, 10 year olds don't care anyway! I might get it!
Hmmmm...well, after how awesome Monster Hunter Tri turned out, I think that this might work!!! BUT only if the online experience doesn't make the offline feel lackluster, ya know? Maybe they could have some nonessential miniquest type multiplayer stuff, like a race or maybe a monster slaying competition...I dunno, just so long as they don't have you fighting each other...lol that would be awesome but wouldn't really work But why should we complain? At least we're getting pure awesomeness already right? OH YEAH! I'm ready xD
What's all this about HOTD being so scary? I mean, everybody knows Sonic has got to be the most sadistic franchise ever, so why don't they just make another one of those! But this time Amy's gunna be the one enslaving woodland creatures! Mua-ha-ha-haaaaaa! xD jk, just 4 the lolz...
Yeah, I'm thinkin $40 would be about right...but that won't really matter if they price the console above $200, cuz if you can sink >$250 into a handheld money isn't exactly an issue for you (If it is >$250, I'll probably just get a 360 Elite or something). Come to think of it, a March release could be kinda good, especially considering my birthday is the 28th!
lolz...I wonder if it would effect how well I play SSBB...I bet it would give u power-ups n the 'art-ish' levels (Hannenbow, Pictochat...)! Funny that they've never done this sorta thing for any other (possibly more worthy) games... 0.o
EDIT* : Sry, Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom /did/ have the fight pad thing but this seems a little more extravagant...
I wonder...will the Pica200 will be rendering both screens simultaneously? Or will it simply render & have some other module translate the environment into 2D & 3D? Somehow I feel we won't really know til it's released...but I believe that it will be more powerful than the PS2 (~300MHz), lol I just found out that the Gamecube was superior technically to the PS2 (lk a difference of almost 200 Mhz)! Totally different now...lol Nintendo's always been awesome n my book.
@ V8 Ninja: Forget a fairy in a bottle, he's probably got the whole freakin Triforce stashed in there, along w/ a how-to manual for killing Navi! lol Talk about the ultimate chest! Dun Dun Dun DUUUUUN!!! They're totally gunna do that n Skyward Sword, I just know it. The final level is gunna b called "Satoru Iwata's Lair" ...sigh....that would be awseome...
What in Din's name!??! Why, you bragily avaricious, duplicitous, larcenous ursine*!!!!! This deserves at LEAST an 8.7! I mean, where else can you obtain unparalelled button mashing excitement?! ROFL...xD
I'm gunna die. Actually, I was seriously considering switching to 360/microsoft but lemme tell ya why I won't (at least for a long while)... Sure awesome games & all that good stuff keep me in, but an enormous factor was right here, Nintendolife. There is nothing that remotely compares to NL for the Xbox community! We should feel sorry for them...lol NOT xD Praise aside, I must say that I will never forsake Nintendo because of one franchise...& that franchise is none other than The Legend of Zelda! Zelda, to me, defines my side of Nintendo, my niche. It's my place in the video-gaming world! Play a Zelda today, you'll thank me.
...you would think that it would be just as easy to make a /good/ game ya know? Even that dot-box game seems like a better investment (from a developers point of view) than this! lol I love playing dot-boxes!
& I still haven't finished DQ IV!!! Choices choices! Speaking of DQ IV, I think it was originally for NES...& the walkthroughs are identical (besides graphics of course)! I just love how they're able to get away with that kinda thing. What's funny is that their remakes are still insanely fun... I guess they just did it right the first time! w00t!
While it may seem a bit overrated at a 10, don't kid yourself, this game is seriously amazing! If they made a sequel today, even if it was a full blown rehash, it would be up there w/ Little Kings Story & beyond! Of course, you are talkin' to a guy who played Age of Empires (the first one) exclusively for the first 4 or 5 years of his gaming life! lol I always appreciate a game that lend to good strategy.
In short, if you're reading this & don't have this game...BUY IT NOW!!! It's almost as infectious as Tetris, just deeper
BUT, if there 1 one thing that I HATE about this game...it would be (don't kill me), Gamecube controller support. In fact, I would pay 3, on 4 time as much for this masterpeice /if it just didn't have GC support/! It totally changes the game, like say you're playing online & both you & your opponent have like 150% damage w/ seconds left, one connected smash attack & u win...with the nunchuck, you can initiate a smash attack just as quickly as anything else, so you get your opening...but before you can do anything that n00b starts 2 spam the c-stick like mad cartwheeling or whatever across the stage totally removing any visage of a more intelligent strategy than that of what any cognitive human is capable of!
I'm not insulting those who happen to use their Gamecube controllers to play, I just think that it somewhat limits the SSB series from really moving on. I have a GC pad, yes, but just because you have a 'turbo' button doesn't mean you should use it, c-stick spamming is just as idiotic as any type of spamming! If I built/used a arcade-esque fight pad w/ every attack mapped to a button, would that be a fair fight? Based solely on code input, heck yeah! That's perfectly legal codewise to the game, & strategically speaking, really quite clever! But for certain characters, (IMO) there is actually a certain element of game design dependent upon the (occasionally random nature of the) controls. So if you bypass those elements, you change the game, thus changing the overall 'fairness' of the game (<--again, IMO).
/rant
...come to think of it, this whole spiel probably has a better place somewhere in the forums, but hey, I'll probably repeat myself 100 times anyway if I stick around, so might as well get it outta the way 4 now! lol <
I've played almost 600 hours...& IT STILL AIN'T ENOUGH! W00T! lol I love this game, even though my friends who have played tons less beat me most of the time...well, used 2 beat me - they "retired"...lame!

Re: Iwata's 3D GameBoy Advance is in a Drawer Somewhere
@ V8 Ninja: Forget a fairy in a bottle, he's probably got the whole freakin Triforce stashed in there, along w/ a how-to manual for killing Navi! lol
Talk about the ultimate chest! Dun Dun Dun DUUUUUN!!! They're totally gunna do that n Skyward Sword, I just know it. The final level is gunna b called "Satoru Iwata's Lair"
...sigh....that would be awseome...
Re: E3 2010: EA Hints at 3DS Online Functionality
Yah, Nintendo is officially still on top.
This device is what all true warriors strive for...& Skyward Sword of course! total fanboi!
Re: Review: 16 Shot! Shooting Watch (DSiWare)
What in Din's name!??! Why, you bragily avaricious, duplicitous, larcenous ursine*!!!!! This deserves at LEAST an 8.7! I mean, where else can you obtain unparalelled button mashing excitement?! ROFL...xD

Re: E3 2010: Ocarina of Time for 3DS
I'm gunna die.
Actually, I was seriously considering switching to 360/microsoft but lemme tell ya why I won't (at least for a long while)...
Sure awesome games & all that good stuff keep me in, but an enormous factor was right here, Nintendolife. There is nothing that remotely compares to NL for the Xbox community! We should feel sorry for them...lol NOT xD
Praise aside, I must say that I will never forsake Nintendo because of one franchise...& that franchise is none other than The Legend of Zelda! Zelda, to me, defines my side of Nintendo, my niche. It's my place in the video-gaming world! Play a Zelda today, you'll thank me.
Re: Bejeweled 2
Meh, I'll at least be waiting til they review it!
Re: Review: Crazy Sudoku (DSiWare)
...you would think that it would be just as easy to make a /good/ game ya know? Even that dot-box game seems like a better investment (from a developers point of view) than this! lol I love playing dot-boxes!
Re: Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies Teaser Trailer
& I still haven't finished DQ IV!!! Choices choices! Speaking of DQ IV, I think it was originally for NES...& the walkthroughs are identical (besides graphics of course)! I just love how they're able to get away with that kinda thing. What's funny is that their remakes are still insanely fun...
I guess they just did it right the first time! w00t!
Re: Review: Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber (Virtual Console / Nintendo 64)
Re: Review: Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii)
/rant
...come to think of it, this whole spiel probably has a better place somewhere in the forums, but hey, I'll probably repeat myself 100 times anyway if I stick around, so might as well get it outta the way 4 now! lol <
Re: Super Smash Bros. Brawl
I've played almost 600 hours...& IT STILL AIN'T ENOUGH! W00T! lol I love this game, even though my friends who have played tons less beat me most of the time...well, used 2 beat me - they "retired"...lame!
