This is quite a cool special edition but I always wonder, who is putting down this sort of money for a new IP that they have no idea whether they will even like it or not? I will buy any Zelda Special Edition that Nintendo want to put out but that is based on decades of track record, buying something like this is taking a huge punt with your money.
@Ooccoo_Jr Yeah that's a very good point. I think with this one, it does at least have a strong pedigree behind it with the Danganronpa series; a franchise that has exploded in popularity in the west. It's like when Naughty Dog moved from Uncharted to The Last of Us; you don't necessarily know what's in store for you, but you know the new franchise is at least in good hands.
@PBandSmelly Where's it show that ghost turning into an anime girl? I maybe interested now!
everyone: oh by the makers of Danganronpa
me: oh by the makes of World's End Club
I'm interested in the game, but I don't collect plushies. Money saved for me. But I also feel bad for steelbook collectors, it's a steep price. As an aside, the collectors edition for Made in Abyss was severely disappointing.
Definitely getting the game, gonna strongly consider this edition.
@DragotheKomodo lol ain't that that truth. ROFL
But, I'm gonna give them another chance. World's End Club was a very flawed game, but it had some great aspects too. I 100%ed it and ultimately was glad I did.
@Olliemar28
I like the Naughty Dog example you gave, but you could have easily given CD Projekt Red as an example for Cyberpunk
