It looks like Pokémon Unite could be getting some exciting new content in the near future, according to recent datamines. Warning: possible spoilers ahead.

As highlighted by TheGamer (via Eurogamer), dataminer 'ElChicoEevee' has reportedly uncovered files that suggest there could be an update making wild Pokémon playable. Of course, you would have to capture them before you were able to take control.

This new mode would apparently take place on the quick-match map, Mer Stadium. The legendaries Zapdos, Articuno and Regigigas would also be included in this. Here's a look at the possible skills of these wild creatures:

A leaker, who goes by the username 'sobbleunitedtm' on social media, has also shared videos of these new playable fighters in action. It seems their movesets won't be as extensive as the roster Pokémon in the game.

Last but not least, it seems the next two playable Pokémon may have also been revealed: the Fire/Psychic-type Delphox and the Psychic-type Espeon.

Would you be interested in a mode where you could catch and play as wild Pokémon? Are Delphox and Espeon the playable fighters you would like to see? Leave your thoughts down below.
