Cuphead's 'Delicious Last Course' DLC Launches Next Year On 30th June

I do wonder if you can play as Ms Chalice in regular Cuphead if you buy this DLC.

Yes all that's left now is for them to announced the physical edition then I would triple dipped this game again.

Cuphead’s DLC has already been delayed multiple times before, I’ll believe its release date when it actually happens.

I wonder if that was the total amount of bosses or not. Ah well, glad it's finally coming.

I’ve been waiting and waiting for a physical release for Cuphead for so long, perhaps now with the DLC coming it could happen soon after. I’ve every confidence the long wait to play this game will be worth it.

@NatiaAdamo it has been confirmed earlier that Ms Chalice IS playable in the original Cuphead adventure!

I bought this on Steam at launch, on Switch (digitally) at launch, and I'll buy the physical copy on Switch as well. One of my favorite games ever.

Do you think the physical Switch cart will still release with the DLC on it? I remember reading that years ago.

Just as long as the physical version is not tied to Limited Run Games or any of those limited releases companies, I'm all for double dipping on Cuphead. Whenever that happens.

@Entrr_username Im not worried about the quality, the process is just insaaaaanely time consuming. It will be worth the wait!

@Specter_of-the_OLED @Meteoroid A physical release with the DLC included was announced back when the game first came to Switch. The DLC delays are why it's taken so long for the physical release to drop, they wanted to wait until everything was ready.

Why don't they make a sequel instead? I usually ignore DLC.

So, about that complete physical edition when the dlc is released...

They sure don’t take the time for frequent updates, so it’s good to hear at least they think it’s 6 more months instead of the more vague answers last time they surfaced.

It’s probably not a popular opinion, but I still don’t see any sign of even one new run n’ gun level. Frustrating as they can be, they do help the pacing by breaking up the set piece bosses. If there are new weapons as they’ve said, do they just give them to you or wouldn’t you need some more coins to get them, in which case that’s another purpose they served.

Either way, as much as I admire the creator’s standard of quality despite their smaller size as a studio, they sure temp the fate of the platforms they’re developing for being outmoded before they can deliver.

I am beyond hyped for this 😜. I was disappointed by the delay like everyone else, but ultimately it’s more of one of my favorite games EVER. It exists and that’s ^%#$^ brilliant 😄.

Excited for the DLC. I will definitely being hearing this all over again: "You died!"

I've never played this game because it's never released physically. As soon as it does, I'm buying it day one.
