Quiet month of releases which I'm very okay with after how packed July was. Looking forward to No More Heroes III.
Apart from two all are eshop games. Most of these eshop game's are just fillers to make the release list look good.
The eshop has become a dumping ground for games that clutter instead of showcasing the games. I can't even be bothered to scroll through the games on sale any more because of the clutter, games in desperation selling for pennies.
Not much that interests me this month, besides maybe Baldo: The Guardian Owls. July was absolutely packed with games so I'll have plenty of things to play regardless. And things pick back up in September in terms of games I'm excited for, so I'm okay with a bit of a quieter month.
Button City because there was DDR Arcade + gameplay in the game.
No More Heroes 3 and Baldo for me! Can't wait for those!
Very little of interest lately. I'll stick with Skyward Sword and my back catalogue for the foreseeable.
I'm glad this is a less packed month. July has been insane for me.
I am cutting down on my game play till the OLED Switch arrives, as my wife and daughter pretty much control the living room telly, so I platy in handheld a lot of the time, not unhappy with the current screen, but this will be the first time Nintendo have made such a fuss of their display tech, so expecting awesome things.
There are some solid titles here: The The Falconeer is excellent on Xbox, and Baldo and NMH3 are pretty major releases.
@Rob3008 Monster Hunter Stories 2, Ys IX, Ace Attorney Chronicles and Neo: the World ends with You peaked my interest lately. I don't know of course, but maybe one of those might peak your interest too?
Baldy is particularly interesting but also intrigued to find out more about Greak and Dreamscaper.
Baldo and No More Heroes 3; might take a look at The Falconeer and Greak but I’m not sold on either yet.
Baldo has definitely got an improvement in the name department! The Guardian Owls sounds pretty cool and intriguing. Bella prova, ragazzi!
Baldo: The Guardian Owls is a must-have as it's one of the best-looking and best-sounding action RPGs I've seen in a while. The art style is distinctive, despite the comparisons to Ni No Kuni. It seems like a great package.
I'm just getting No More Heroes 3 nothing else in August matters
Pretty interesting month for Indies, which I'd rather play than over-hyped, overpriced games. Greak and Dreamscaper look good, Baldo has potential and I think nmh3 will have a good dose of imagination and creativity, especially for a $60 major release. Gotta finish Eldest Souls and Ender Lilies then I will pick up some of these.
Wow Baldo finally!
and Haven Park, Hoa and Greak.. I love what I see. Wonderful news
Good lineup! Can’t wait to try some of these
You guys have got to find a new word to replace "Ghibli-esque" if you are going to describe games that way so often. Two games on this list are "Ghibli-esque", and I saw Ni No Kuni 2 described as Ghibli-esque here the other day.
Looking forward to NMH3 from the games listed here, but I'm also getting the Shadowverse game which is not mentioned here
Very happy to finally see Baldo with a release date, and quite soon. Will be a likely purchase but might wait on reviews just in case. One concern was that the movement in the gameplay footage looked so sluggish, but maybe only seems an issue when viewing rather than playing
No, I'll pass out this month.
Just bought the Turok Double Pak from Limited Run, that has to be enough 😅
Besides, the only real deal this month would be No More Heroes 3 for me. But for that, I'll wait up the reviews and than maybe with a price drop
Not sure what I actually end up buying, but
Baldo, Greak and The Falconeer all look interesting.
This was a delightful video I must say. Love the Augus T on the background monitors and how you snuck Steam World Dig 2's overworld theme in. A perfectly brilliant atmosphere to dig into some decent looking titles ^___^.
I don’t know what Haven Park is, but I know I hate it. Could they be any more brazen with the way they ripped off A Short Hike’s logo? And that crappy bird character is a really ***** rip-off of ASH’s protagonist too. Weak.
I'm more excited about Black Book this month. It's a hybrid rpg/card collector with a Slavic Folklore setting - genuinely can't wait!
Hoa and Baldo.
No More Heroes III for definite.
Need review for Baldo (on my wishlist pending reviews). This also applies to one or two others possibly too.
Skatebird in September.
Quiet month for me.
Nothing for me, but that's fine. I recently bought Astalon Tears of the Earth and it might just be my favorite game of the year. I enjoy Metroidvania games, but rarely has one so completely sucked me in with its sense of exploration.
It feels like a legitimate NES game, only way better than any NES game.
Heard good things about Greak and Button City looks fun. Haven Park I need to see more of before buying in. Baldo does look good but I'm probably going to skip and Hoa I'm unsure on, some stuff I've seen looked amazing and some very ropey.
A good month though, a fair bit of variety!
Nothing for me as I've stocked up on some stuff. Baring any sales, I should be able to hold off until September.
No love for Shadowverse: Champions Battle on August 10th? Shocked that didn’t make any sort of list or in your video, it’s one of the bigger releases and looks to be what card game fans have always wanted from something like a Yugioh spinoff. The demo is great too
I thought this was gonna be a kind of empty month but now I see there are some interesting releases coming. Baldo is the one I'm waiting for but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it before Metroid Dread
Still no Art of Rally....
Definitely hyped for No More Heroes 3. Day one buy.
Where is Aeterna Noctis?
I got it that it's realese may be a little far but I haven't seen reported here
Not a lot there for me. Plenty elsewhere though so not a problem.
Hoa and Baldo seem promising.
Phew! Apart from No More Heroes 3, that's a break from purchases XD
Got my NMH Killion Dollar Trilogy preordered. Day 1, baby. And eat me, limited run. 😂🖕
"Exciting" is subjective. 🤷🏽♀️
No More Heroes is it for me. The rest look average.
