Another busy week has been and gone, this time bringing a cheeky asset flip game on Switch, more Animal Crossing item duplication glitches, and the big Paper Mario Switch reveal, but now it's time to wind down with some weekend gaming.
Members of Team Nintendo Life have gathered together to discuss our weekend plans, and we'd love for you to join in via our poll and comment sections below. Enjoy!
Liam Doolan, news reporter
For the past few months, the only game I've really been playing on my Nintendo Switch is Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Nothing has really changed in that time - I'm still in debt, and I'm still in need of more Bells. As a result, I'll be spending most of my weekend picking and selling fruit to pay off at least something, so I can then take out another loan from the bank of Nook and do it all again next week.
When I'm not busy paying off loans, I might finally test out the last major update for Super Mario Maker 2. There's also a limited-time Animal Crossing event taking place in Tetris 99 this weekend, so I need to unlock that theme. That's all for me!
Ryan Craddock, news editor
My time with Animal Crossing: New Horizons is still winding down more and more, but I'll no doubt pop in each day for half an hour or so just to keep on top of the daily activities and check Nook's Cranny for any particular juicy goods.
The majority of my free time this week, however, has been spent playing Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga on the good old Game Boy Advance. It's been sitting on my shelf since childhood, and booting it up revealed that ten-year-old me only managed to put about an hour in before moving on to something else. I've been enjoying my time with it - especially the humour - and will keep going over the weekend. Between this and the Paper Mario reveal this week, I'm in a very Mario mood.

This weekend it’s back to the Elder Scrolls for me for some Elder Scrolls: Blades review action. I’ll be interested to see how far the game’s come since I first dipped into it when it initially released back on mobile devices, here’s hoping they’ve done away with at least some of the constant timers and adverts and other pay to play elements that put me right off it back then.
Elsewhere, I’m still thoroughly enjoying blasting lumps out of thugs in Huntdown, it really is the best old-school run n’ gun effort I’ve played in a long time, and I’ll also be pulling out the old 3DS and introducing my kids to Paper Mario to let them get a taste of why I’ve been so excited about the announcement of The Origami King this week. Hope you’re all staying safe and have a good weekend.
Zion Grassl, video producer
I’m going to do my absolute best to make sure the only game I play this weekend isn’t just Animal Crossing (but honestly, no guarantees.) I’m finally starting to get a bit more creative with my island and have some new areas I’m working to decorate and spruce up! I ended up making a trading post area that I like to call “The Stop and Swop” ala Banjo-Kazooie, except Isabelle said she’s not the biggest fan of it since it mostly consists of some unsavory items like my old Moldy Dress, Frugal Hat, etc.
I did start playing Final Fantasy VII on Switch a few weeks back for our video review and have been trying to pick it back up when I notice myself with a bit of free time. I played it way back in the day and made it to the very last “dungeon” but put it down for some reason and never picked it back up! I think some part of me didn’t want the game and its story to be over, so hopefully with this new playthrough I’ll see the journey out to the very end.

I've finally gotten into my groove in Animal Crossing, where I log in for about an hour each day and just complete general tasks. Of course, this has opened up room for me to begin playing other things again. I'll probably dig back into some of the games I was in the middle of before Animal Crossing Mania hit, like Luigi's Mansion 3.
I've also been playing a lot of Overcooked 2 with friends and family online during the quarantine. Some new games I've downloaded over the past few months and have yet to try out include Good Job!, Picross S4 and Little Town Hero, as well. However, there are some new events kicking off in Animal Crossing soon... so who knows if I'll actually ever get around to playing anything else!

I’m in the mood for some breezy co-op gaming this weekend. In our household we’ve been suffering from an Overcooked 2 addiction which has started to strain relationships. It’s a fantastic game, but we’ve bled it dry and those 4-star challenges are just too stressful. We’re in need of a fresh co-op experience and I’ve had my eye on Moving Out since it was first announced. I interviewed Ashley Ringrose from developer SMG Studio a little while ago (look out for that interview going up soon), and I’m eager to find out if I’ve got the makings of a great F.A.R.T. or not. *keeps straight face…*
Have a good one, everyone!

I've just discovered something new and unexpected in Ring Fit Adventure - no spoilers - and Animal Crossing: New Horizons keeps finding new ways to keep me going back to the island. The eShop also saw yet another ridiculous amount of quality stuff this past week: Gravity Rider Zero, Pong Quest, The Elder Scrolls: Blades, Ion Fury and the superb Jet Lancer will all find their way into this weekend’s rotation.
My game of the week is a masterpiece by the name of Huntdown. Amazing to have another GOTY candidate mere days after the Streets of Rage 4 release. Now if you will excuse me, John Sawyer’s trigger finger is itching again. Time to kill, kill and then kill some more pixelated street scum.
As always, thanks for reading! Make sure to leave a vote in the poll above and a comment below with your gaming choices over the next few days...

Some animal crossing and streets of rage this weekend.
All have a good one!
switcha 3 and that bird king game on sale for a penny
I’ve got very little to do this weekend so I’ll probably start Luigi’s Mansion 3 and finish binge watching the Star Wars Skywalker Saga in preparation for the upcoming Lego game
Racing weekend! TT Racing 2, Moto GP 20 & Rush Rally 3.
The little time I have to play this weekend: Dragon Quest 1 and Dragon Quest Builders 2.
Tetris 99/Streets of Rage 4.... Also some Forza Horizon 4..
Anyone who says something different than AC:NH is wrong.
I downloaded Cooking Simulator last night and I am thoroughly enjoying it. It does have some issues & querks, but if you work around them you end up with an actual cooking game! No brainless time hungry tapping - actual cooking.
I’ve been playing Lego Harry Potter 🤪🤪😘
Hoping to play Animal Crossing, Tetris 99, and Asphalt 9 this weekend. There may be some other games too, just don't know which ones yet.
I finished Xenoblade 3D last weekend. Managed to beat the final boss on my second go. Looking forward to the DE now so I can do it all again.
Since then I've been pretty busy, but managed to get to just before the half way mark in Fire Emblem Three Houses. More of that if I get a chance this weekend, along with Pokemon X on 3DS.
After only playing for an hour and sitting on the shelf for 18 months I started a new game of Octopath Traveller, and it’s finally hooked me. Sure it has a few issues but the combat is fun. Want to complete bit before Xenoblade drops.
Also doing a lot with Ring Fit. I’m surprised just how good it is.
Giving animal crossing a break as its now starting to get tedious and repetitive, I've got trials of mana to start, need to finish up snackworld and get back into splatoon 2 ready for the splatfest. Then back onto persona 5 royale and suppose il give fallout 76 a try
Dragon quest builders 2 (switch)
Borderlands 3 (ps4)
Mostly Animal Crossing, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA and Lonely Mountains: Downhill. Need to pick a new story game to play but haven't decided yet.
I'll be working all weekend so probably not much gaming time in my near future.
Streets of Rage 4 and Torchlight 2 for me. Have a good weekend!
I played a lot of games i bought yesterday.
1. The Ratchet & Clank Trilogy PS3
I played All the series, still at the beginning chapter.
2. Hannah Montana The Movie PS3
Already reached Street Market episode.
3. Drummania PS2
Based on the first Drummania Arcade on 1999. It was looked very Classic and so pixeled in 240p. 😆
4. Nintendogs + Cats: French Bulldog & New Friends 3DS
My second Nintendogs 3DS game after 7 years ago i got the Toy Poodle version. I picked up Siberian Husky puppy, i called him Blue and have taught him two basic command in Indonesian language (Duduk for Sit Down, Kiri for Left Paw) 😁
5. Nintendogs: Chihuahua & Friends NDS
I got the second handed cartridge in box and it still have the data from previous owner. Gosh ! The money was more than $980,000 and already got 3 Active puppies and 5 puppies at Hotel. Their names were pretty good but i want to have fun from an used game and keep continue the progress from previous owner. Sweet ! 😆
Edit: See the pictures on Chit Chat thread. 😁
Still Bravely Default for me.
Aiming to finish it before Xenoblade in a fortnights time.
Finished Astral Chain, well mostly. I still have some prologue missions to do but I’ll finish them another day. Fantastic game!
Hopefully we get a sequel.
Playing Operencia at the moment. Was really in the mood for a first person dungeon crawler and this is doing the job nicely.
Super Mega Baseball 3 most definitely!
I don't know. I have sort of given up on Octopath.
Was thinking about downloading Dragons Dogma but I'm not sure.
Besides Xenoblade 2 and Fire Emblem Echoes (and hopefully Spirit of Justice again)? Well, I'm through with Tetris 99 event, the theme stashed but I don't see myself using it much - the blocks proved oddly harder to discern in my experience. The Three Houses one is still my favourite anyway. Warframe has started a new Nightwave but now they seem to have server issues and I couldn't even get through yesterday.
Making good progress in Highrise Heroes. One of the games that get discounted right at launch (eShop visibility, chart exploitation, yada yada), and this one's unceremonious 75% should be around until the 18th or so. Quite the content for the price as well - dozens of word link levels with varying objectives and factors, challenges, the story itself equipped with amusing characters and memorably humorous dialogue (and not just dialogue). I won't be surprised if this one eventually surfaces in reddit talks as one of those so-called "hidden gems".😆 But seriously, a neat game.
There are other fresh library additions to sample (most notably Rive and Blacksea Odyssey - the latter playing like a crazy mix of 2D space shooter and Monster Hunter), recently tended stuff like Primrose and Evoland, older stuff like Grid, TMS and Goetia... Yeah, the pandemic could push this year's entire release calendar into 2021 and I'd still be a swine to so much as utter the word "boredom". In fact, my Switch library is estimatedly sitting at FOUR hundred titles now - which, going by MGC app stats, is one fifth of my entire legitimate game library across all platforms. PS4, the next console lib in the "rating", barely has half the number. Since it's widely known that Nintendo Switch has no games, I dread the day it starts getting some.😱
380 hours in and just finished my town, got it to 5 stars and it looks just the way I wanted it with a bare minimum of terra forming, all I need to do now is decorate the beach areas.
Now that I've finished the fantastic Final Fantasy VII Remake after 60 hours I've recently started Lego DC Villains..something a bit different but still fun.
Also finished the story of Moving Out and now just trying to get Gold in all levels as well as all objectives.Absolutely brilliant game!
Just started Blades on Switch and got to admit I don't know why people are hating on it so much..It's good!
Animal Crossing,Stardew Valley and Ring Fit Adventure are also games I will be spending time with.
Stay Safe every one.
Streets of Rage 4 of course. On Stage 11 and I need to put it to bed so I can open up some other modes.
Still haven't beaten Luigi's Mansion 3. Still haven't beaten the single player on Splatoon 2. Got all those SNES titles to go through. Ahhh decisions decisions.
It was my birthday last Sunday, and my wife gave me Octopath Traveler. Am absolutely loving it so far. I have four characters now, and want to gather the others before starting chapter 2, but am distracted by just stomping around the overworld map! All my characters are over level 25 already! 🤭 Take care, guys, and stay safe.
Super Mega Baseball 3! Nothing else. Great game
Animal Crossing and Disgaea 4.
1. Animal Crossing - bought this last weekend and hooked ever since.
2. Monsterboy - 25 hours in and still not finished! Just collected the gold sword , surely it won’t be much longer now.
3. SoR 4 - made it stage 12 on Hard and unlocked SoR 2 Axl who is a lot of fun to play
4. Tetris 99 - sure I’ll check out the event
5. Picross 3 - damn this addictive game. Must. Complete. Puzzles
I digged up Paper Marios and the Thousand Year Door this weekend, Still fantastic and insanely fun! Hope they new game will be akin to that!
Aaand of course Animal Crossing NH: while I put less time into this game by the day, I still log in every single morning to do my chores and trade with friends
Shout out to Reventure, a wonderful little platforming adventure with 100 different endings, each accompanied by a funny little cutscene. And it's only 5€.
I don't think Animal Crossing needs to be mentioned at this point, it's a fundamental part of my routine. Besides this chore, I´ll try to finish Mario 3D Land and Links Awakening. Just got Link between worlds today so maybe I´ll start on that if I finish the others. Also tried getting back to Pokémon yesterday... I just can´t bring myself to finish Sword, just not as fun as some of the older games.
I’m playing Super Mario Maker 2. Only bought it there a few days ago. I gotta say I’m enjoying it so far.
Finished Splasher last weekend, which got way too carried away with an unnecessary annoying and frustrating difficulty spike in the last few levels. Other than that, it was a really solid and inventive platformer that ran as smooth as butter.
My wife and I also started Moving Out last weekend, which is SUPER FUN. However, we've recently made it to this set of factory-based levels, and I'm really missing the levels that took place on actual houses. They just felt more organic.
I'm going to try to finish up Double Cross as well. Picked it up cheap in a sale since it looked upbeat, and was developed by the Runbow team. Its okay. Levels vary from having very creative moments to dull, uninspired ones. It's a really mixed bag. I wouldn't call it bad. I'm still having some fun, but ready to move onto something more grand soon.
@Mince I hear ya, I was just joking around. To me it's both relaxing and OCD inducing at the same time. Like it's fun to run around and get your house just right but at the same time I feel compelled to get everything.
I’ll be playing some Pokémon Sword & Fortnite (with my kids). I need a new game but can’t decide between AC & LM3
I git Kirby Mass Attack on DS, and Resident Evil: Revelations on Switch!
Mass Attack has some of the all time greatest sprite work! And it does scratch that Pikmin itch just a little!
Resident Evil Revelations is no RE4, and I don’t have the systems to play the REmakes... but it too is filling the void in a series that I love. I’m glad it’s on Switch!!
AC
SOR4
Picross
+
Dead Cells
@Wazeddie22 nice did you manage to get all the summons in ff7? I’m holding off from finishing the game because I don’t want it to end, and I can’t wait a year for the next episode to release.
Minecraft: Story Mode (Windows Store) - Finally going to start on Episode 2.
Fallout 3 (Games For WIndows) - Still not really doing much and having a blast.
Monster Burner (Windows Phone) - I'm still not sure if I like it or not, hoping it grows on me.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons (always) and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.
Huntdown and Ion Fury. These games give me the nostalgic overdose!
Huntdown on easy. Love all 3 characters, and the more I play the more I love it! Gonna do an Anna conda run, then probably watch the OC or Chuck, take care everybody x x x
Still messing around with Animal Crossing and throwing down on Streets of Rage 4. In the mood for some SNK fighting games so I’ll try to get in on some Neo Geo games along with SNK Gal Fighters and Heroines.
A small bit of Animal Crossing but mainly Spyro Reignited. I’m feeling a bit burned out on Animal Crossing. The repetitive nature of it is just kinda adding to the repetitive nature of lockdown.
I just finished Monster Boy 100% on friday night. What a terrific game. So, alas, I am having the "what do I play now" Blues.
Continuing my adventure on Dragon Quest XI. Such a long (but Great) game!!
@Pirlo_ze_sniper I felt exactly the same.Even though I spent a lot longer than I thought I would on it i wanted it to just keep going.I'm quite sad it's over now but also excited for how they go about delivering the next part.
As for the summons,I'm not sure how many there are but I doubt I got all of them.I had Cactuar,Chocobo and Moogle,Shiva and Ifrit.
It's my birthday Tuesday so I'm going to be looking on amazon for a game to buy. It's tough, picking between Luigi's Mansion, Luigi's Mansion, and Pokemon. Between the searching I'll be playing through some old Paper Mario.
@GeeEmm I'm on mission 6, have started to turn a corner a bit so less D grades and more As and Bs - it took a while to get its hooks into me but now I'm enjoying it plenty! Did you find the same?
My other options are continuing with Transistor - another very fine game - and co-op playthroughs of Unravel 2 and Super Mario World. Quality!
Final Fantasy
StarTropics
Yoshi
Golden Sun
I’m knee-deep in Golden Sun and I’m determined to wrap it up within the next two weeks so I can clear my schedule for Xenoblade when it arrives. I’ll be chipping away at Tetris 99 to get that new Animal Crossing theme, and I’m considering starting the original Paper Mario in the wake of the announcement of the incoming newest installment on Switch.
This week I will be mostly playing
Final Fantasy 7
Super Mario Advance
Just got Fire Emblem Three Houses for my birthday this week so I'll be playing that. Also a bit of Doom 64 and some Mario Kart with my kids.
Ofcourse some more animalcrossing, yesterday got my star storm so now collecting, and unlocki g the wnimal crossing theme intetris..
Wednesday the new super mega baseball arrived... played one game and starting my franchise.. the feeling is still as great as the earlier iterations
And the paper mario news might inspire me to play paper mario on the virtual console on my wiiu. But will probably forget that;)
Still trying to find Ciri...
...but my wife plays Animal Crossing.
I’m going to play a lot of NBA2K20, which is now my 2nd most played game on the Switch, behind Minecraft. I got HellWarders on sale a couple days ago. Always wanted to play it, so I’m going to get started tonight.
I would love to play some "NINTENDO" games on switch, but I am not their market for $60 games. Nor $50 games. Digital Indies for $20 or less are where I have been hanging out around lately.
The Witcher just dropped through my letterbox 😃
I’ve been playing the Super Mega Baseball 3 demo just to make sure I want to purchase it 🙂 It’s the only thing I’ve been playing on Switch the past few days and I think I’m going to bite. I should continue through my backlog though so maybe I’ll start something else... Hmm Beat Cop or Hotline Miami Collection?
At the moment I’m currently going through a replay of Super Metroid. I’ll also find some time for Animal Crossing: New Horizons as well, even if it’s only 30-40 minutes.
I’ll be playing The Outer Worlds for PS4 and Huntdown on my Switch, when I’m not at my full-time job that I despise, that is. Sigh.
I’m playing Super Mario Odyssey this weekend.
I play Animal Crossing everyday (long enough to water flowers, talk to neighbors, dig up fossils, visit Mabel, find my bottles, shake trees til I find the two leafs, and maybe visit another island). This all takes some time, but the real time-suck for me is Rune Factory 4 special (on Switch now, but also played on DS years ago). If you like Harvest Moon but find it a bit tedious to just farm endlessly and give villagers presents, the Rune Factory games are like Harvest Moon, but throw in dungeons and fighting, crafting weapons, armor, food, medicines. It’s an RPG where you still farm and try to find someone to marry, but you are also taming monsters to either give you products (milk, eggs, honey, or components you can use in crafting), or taming monsters to fight alongside you. There is a main story line that keeps the game moving along, in between planting crops and trying to level them up for better cooking dishes (or to upgrade weapons/armor/jewelry.)
If you like Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley, or even the other Rune Factory games (like one of my faves —Rune Factory Frontier for the Wii), you will love Rune Factory4 Special for the Switch (or DS).
Lots of Paper Mario and FFIX.. if i have time, maybe animal crossing.
No nintendo this weekend, I will be doing a PS3 revival. On the menu some Demon's Souls action, NIER:Replicant, The Guided Fate Paradox, Quanthum Theory and Vampire Rain : Altered Species. Yep, two very good games, anime stuff and two unloved titles.
I'm playing Animal Crossing and Okami this weekend.
Hollow Knight, Mega Man X Collection, Wonderful 101... on my Wii U
I've got too much stuff to do. My daughters have confiscated our two Switch systems anyway. Animal Crossing all day and every day.
Will be a couple of hours a day with my wife and daughter playing moving out and mario kart, then once she is in bed its huntdown, void bastards and lonely mountains downhill on rotation. And trying to stop myself buying jet lancer!! Dont need it right now, step away from the eshop.......
Already got the Tetris AC skin, so time for some Phoenix Wright Trilogy Remasterd on switch and Tearaway on PS4. And of course Animal Crossing on both 3DS and Switch .
@kingbk good picks. long live the Wii U.
Super Mega Baseball 3! Franchise mode! Let's go Moose!
Witcher, AC, and I've been addicted to the super mega baseball 3 demo. Just might have to give in
@steveputer Yeah I won it a few years ago at a holiday party for work. Though I don't play it nearly as much as my Switch, I still turn it on from time to time, mainly for the VC, but sometimes to play the games I did pick up for it.
This weekend I am going to try and finish LoZ: Spirit Tracks , as well as probably continue Fantasy Life. Only 65+ hours invested, and currently going for Master in Carpentry.
Now animal crossing has turned into an hour (if that) that daily routine, its freed up some time to get through my ever growing backlog.
Playing Mario and Rabbids of all things, bought it ages ago on one of the sales and never got round to it until now... what they say is true, the two franchises really do mesh well and im so addicted to this game right now. Never played a turn based tactical game before but i have to say its really refreshing using your brain for once instead of just hammering the A button
Kentucky Route Zero and Axiom Verge! Both incredible (and excellent) games!
Animal Crossing, TES Blades (which is fine in short bursts), River City Girls, Still testing my story for Assassin's Creed Odyssey (after the last editor upgrade bugged out my work and I had to start over.), Yakuza Kiwami and I might crack open Sakura Wars. I'm trying to get some tv gaming in while I can. I may or may not be heading back to work soon. Other than that studying per my norm.
I just got Splatoon 2 and am loving it, but most of my time is going to Animal Crossing.
Animal Crossing, Super Mario Maker 2, and trying to finish up Jedi Fallen Order.
Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2
Try to get the AC:NH theme in Tetris 99
Maybe some other things...
i have been playing my Animal Crossing New Horizons since 25 of april i have now 130h or more played and counting, my current House depth is 758.000 Bells and my Island( Luxiere) have now falling Mable Leafs, Isabelle give me a DIY Recipe to craft it and she said my Island is closer to Winter, my Luxiere is currently in Fall in the Southern Hemisphere.
Always Animal Crossing every day, but I’m also super engrossed in Link’s Awakening. Finally picked up the remake last week. Reminds me of the good old days playing the old version on my GameBoy Color.
@skulltulips
Absolutely. It took a couple of chapters for the combat to really click for me as well, to the point where I actually stopped playing for a while, but when you do get the hang of it it’s incredibly satisfying.
Beast Legion is my fav, love the electrified chain.
I'm trying to finish the main story in Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright in order to make room for Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition in a couple of weeks; I normally don't play more than one JRPG at a time. I just finished chapter 22 before stopping for lunch and hope to sneak in chapter 23 this afternoon still. I need to stop getting sidetracked with the My Castle stuff and grinding units. XD
I finished Final Fantasy Adventure earlier this week and want to dig into something short on Switch, so I'll be starting Batman: The Telltale Series later. I'm a huge sucker for just about anything that features the Dark Knight!
As usual, there will be a bit of Pokemon Go here and there. I still need to finish my limited time Hoenn research.
Have a great weekend! Stay safe all!
I will continue to invest my daily hour or so into ACNH (randomly got Raymond to move to my island after finding him on deserted island!!!).
Aside from that I am about half way (I think) into Owlboy and will see if I can complete it this weekend. Metroidvanias are my number 1 favorite genre but I just can’t decide if I like this one or not. It is absolutely gorgeous no doubt but for some reason it’s just not clicking with me as much as I thought it would... going to finish it for sure but hoping I like the second half more than the first!
Lastly, I bought both Joe and Mac arcade games from the E-shop this week ($2 each!) and will be breezing through both of those in between... the second one is absolutely incredible BTW
Animal Crossing of course, but I also felt like going back into Mario Sunshine. I'm not sure if that was a good move or not though; I loved going back to it but I doubt I'll want to re-re-do it if they re-release as rumoured, especially if it's a reasonably straight port - The game has held up surprisingly well in almost all respects so this wouldn't completely surprise me.
I bought THE KEEP on switch, controles aren't great.
On Switch, besides Animal Crossing, I've been in a 3D platformer mood. I'm playing Super Mario Odyssey and Spyro trilogy.
On Oculus Quest I'm playing Pixel Ripped 1995. It's a really fun and well made nostalgia trip.
Having been playing Streets of Rage 4, I also started playing the first two Streets of Rage games on my New 3DS XL. The 3D effect is so amazing in those games.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
@patphenom
Overdogs!!
Gotta love Nacho Crisp though.
More XB1 stuff though the Switch drought is almost over. Excited to check out Wonderful 101 Remastered next week.
Civilization VI. Just one more turn.
Animal Crossing New Horizons.
Uncharted Collection on PS4
Splatoon 2 to get ready for the Splatfest
Bowsers inside story
How is Wonderful 101 not on there? Amazing game!
Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Mega Mix.
Paper Mario (Wii via Wiiu/N64) - I never forgave Paper Mario for taking the place of Super Mario RPG, and haven't played any of the series. But I downloaded to the Wii virtual console a while back, and its been in my backlog since. I figured now was the time to break it out. On first impression, I miss being able to time button presses on attacks and defense.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate (Switch) - Played for about 15 minutes and unlocked a few more characters. Can't believe I'm still unlocking characters this long afterwards - I'm just goofing around in custom brawls.
Towerfall Ascension (Switch)- Playing before bed for a bit, working my way through dark world single player.
Donkey Kong Country 2 (3DS/SNES) - So I owned the Gameboy versions of these back in the day, and have been going back through them recently. With no sign of the Donkey Kong series on Nintendo Switch Online, I'm considering stocking up on the SNES games available on 3DS that aren't on the Switch before the online service closes. While I primarily play the Switch in handheld mode about the house, the New 3DS I picked up after my original system's analogue stick died is pocketable and more portable anyways.
Ive been playing a bunch of Trials of mana! I've enjoyed it more than i expected lol
