Black Friday and Cyber Monday have been and gone, and while there were a few decent deals to be had, the best bargains came in the form of console bundles with various games and goodies thown in. On Tuesday Nintendo's UK store had a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle up (now sold out, unfortunately) and an officially-endorsed Cyber Week Nintendo Switch bundle has cropped up in the US, too - while stocks last, of course.
The Walmart-exclusive (pictured above) bundle includes the 'improved' Switch with better battery life, a pair of Mario Red Joy-Con, $20 of eShop credit and a Mario & Bowser Edition Carrying Case for the tidy sum of $299.

It's not a life-changing deal by any means, but with the console selling like hot cakes at full RRP, this still represents pretty good value if you're after a Switch and don't like the look the games bundled elsewhere.
Nintendo is promoting this Walmart-exclusive on its own website and we're not sure how much longer it will be around - the offer began on 3rd December. If you're in the market for a Switch with a few extras, you could do far worse than this bundle.
The Nintendo deals arguably weren't quite as stellar as some might have hoped this year - let us know if you bagged a bargain over the weekend in our Talking Point on that very subject, or tell us if this bundle piques your interest below.

Damn it.
I just want the red joycons.
I'd say that unless your Switch never leaves the dock, then a carrying case is a must-have accessory. Not a bad deal, considering.
@Desrever
I play mine only in portable mode but I never go outside with it.
When i don't play on ti it goes back in it's dock
Wish Walmart would do these offers in the Uk don’t they own Asda they never seem to do any offers or special editions
@Gs69
Yup, they have owned Asda for 20 years already.
@KitsuneNight really well I have seen a few different Walmart editions not just on Nintendo stuff either
I have the OG Switch which I mostly use as a handheld. In honestly it rarely leaves the house unless I am going away. My children only play it when it's docked but when I do take it out and about it sits on this beast of a case.

I love those red Joycons, one of these days i'll buy some new joy cons since mine are a drifting a bit and I do want some different colored ones, but I just don't use them enough to warrant it with how expensive it is for a set of joy cons.
As long as that's the "revised" model of the Switch with better battery life, that's a pretty good deal... carrying case is probably not great, but will work until the user decides their needs.
I would have definitely purchased those red joy cons... all 4 of mine are gray because I haven't liked any of the other colors.
Red Mario joy cons are my favourite.

I ordered them from Amazon JP to the UK a couple of years ago and they came out as roughly the same price as a pair bought in the UK despite shipping and stuff. It’s definitely possible!
Those are beauties!
If I didn't already own a Switch (and have an aversion to Walmart), this would be tempting. I hope I can get a cherry-red Joycon by itself later, but with both the red/blue and pink/green sets, I'm in no hurry to get more.
crying i really want those red joycons!!
@Maxz
I'll poke around.
amazon doesn't have any presence where i live.
@MidnightLaces
They are on evilbay.
With an evilbay price tag, 126 dollars.
..ouch
@KitsuneNight That hurts me q-q....evilbay should just like vanish already
@KitsuneNight I bought red joy-con on amazon that were imported from Japan. I love them!
