Reflect on the glory days of Rare and a few names you might remember include graphic designer Kevin Bayliss and composer David Wise. Both of these talented individuals helped shape a number of the developer's titles over the years.
While they've both moved on, it appears they'll be collaborating on an "exciting new project" that features Salamanders and celebrates making video games for over 30 years.
As noted in the reveal above, this project is a "brand new collectable album" that's packed with original characters and tunes, and it's coming soon. Bayliss and Wise have previously worked on Rare titles such as Donkey Kong Country, Killer Instinct, Diddy Kong Racing and Battletoads.
Will you be keeping an eye on the Salmandos? Tell us below.

That’s a strange concept but I dig it, very 90s with the anthropomorphised fringe animals.
So, is it a soundtrack, or what?
I'm confused as well, is this an OST they are making or a video game? Either way, it sounds cool. ^^
No I don’t because I am having a blast not listening to your Internet crisis. And FYI: I love my Nintendo Switch Lite which I converted it into my GBA and I am having such fun with it.
Like a soundtrack or a picture album?
@davisnetbattler5 Internet crisis?
@EVIL-C He's either responded to the wrong article, or is living in a world all his own.
@Donald_M No I haven’t responded to the wrong article. I’m just saying what I am thinking in response to the article saying Fancy listening. I been getting mixed messages from the Internet and having lots of problem trying to cope with social media and websites like Nintendo Life IGN or GameSpot and sometime think that whatever action I do in some point in my day it’s somehow offending them and then they retaliate. I feel like I am being told that I have to do that because there is no other answer. And that I get negative feeling. I’m trying to cope with it but it’s hard for me at the moment.
Hang in there! The internet can be cruel. I don’t think anyone here was trying to be too harsh, just unsure about the context of your post, which makes more sense after you explain it.
Anyway... have a great day and enjoy your switch lite!
@davisnetbattler5 agree with the above post. Nothing was aimed directly at you so don’t worry too much about it.
Have to admit that I’m a touch jealous right now and wish I had a switch lite in my hands...........really looking forward to trying out that d pad!
@davisnetbattler5 I wouldn’t take it too seriously. Like whatever you like.
@davisnetbattler5  if you converted your switch lite into a gba, it's no longer a switch lite but ok.
Nice Post
Your Post really helpful. Thank you
No idea what this is, but I like those character designs.
