I don't think this means we will see any Xbox Excusive on Switch, I think this simply means any GamePass games that are already on Switch could be downloaded if you have GamePass

It could be a way for Microsoft to finally break into the Japanese market, but this seems a weird movement for a console holder. Perhaps the rumors are true and the next Xbox is more about streaming than running native games. In that case it would make sense to branch out to other platforms.

If Microsoft is going to bring xCloud to all mobile devices, they may as well bring it to the Switch too.

While the Xbox hardware business will likely start eroding into irrelevance, the subscription revenue is going to be massive. Smart moves by Microsoft as they focus less on competing with PlayStation and more on generating growth from the massive untapped mobile + Switch markets.

This would basically turn X1/Switch into a PS4/Vita combo, with synergy between them attracting sales between the fanbases.

As far as native games, Ori and the Blind Forest would be a massive win for Nintendo and the fans. It’s the best game on the Xbox and even takes Nintendo to task in game design. It’s absolutely phenomenal- one of the best metroidvanias ever created.

@Dman10 Microsoft’s track record with its first party game studios is pretty abysmal. Bungie, Lionhead etc etc not to mention issues/tensions working with Epic on Gears of War etc. Honestly I wouldn’t want to see a Nintendo + Microsoft merger any time soon until we’ve had time to see how Mss efforts to boost its first party portfolio has played out.

As an Xbox and Switch owner I also find both systems hit very different segments of the market and I’m not sure they can be effectively merged.

For now a partnership where select games or services cross platforms honestly seems to me to be the best approach. One can’t ignore the fact that MS has had absolutely zero appeal in Nintendo’s home market and there’s likely be some catastrophic implications to the company culture as a result should they merge.

Y'all have a bigger chance of MS adding 360 BC to the Switch than Nintendo releasing GameCube VC on the Switch.

I'd be shocked if this happened. But if it could open the door to classic Rare titles getting onto Switch, and in crazy la-la land, the older Halo titles, I'd be totally okay with it. lol

Could be very cool if true, and would likely be a very profitable move for both Nintendo and Microsoft.

This will either be really good or really bad.

On one hand, its pretty cool for those that don't own an XBONE. A selection of titles for a monthly fee including XBONE exclusives. Sure its streaming but if you can't afford an XBONE or can't justify buying one for few exclusives then it should make a tempting choice, especially on months when they offer a month for £1.

On the other hand, is there really much point in Microsoft even making a new console soon? Sure its better to have a system with physical media but if the streaming turns out to be great, then it might be much less reason for many to put down whatever the next XBOX costs (A lot.)....

People seem to forget MS is a software company first. While this is a little wild, it could signal MS is willing to partially forgo (is that a thing?) selling hardware to beat Sony. This would be an interesting and unexpected turn of events, MS putting software on a Nintendo device.

If you have to buy it separately, I wouldn't do it. I'd just keep Game Pass on my 1X. However, if you buy it once and you can have Game Pass on both your 1X and Switch ....I'd down. Forza, Cuphead, Halo and a few others come to mind.

@Heavyarms55 That's exactly what they're doing. Microsoft is a services and cloud computing company, and Xbox will be no different. They want to get their services available to as many people as possible, so bringing that stuff to Switch is natural.

They'll still make Xbox consoles, but those are just a means of entry to the Xbox ecosystem/platform and their services alongside PC, Switch, and Mobile.

I echo everyone on here that Ori would be a great game on the Switch. Rare Games coming home, and Banjo in Smash. This may be the mic drop at E3.

Not sure what to think, but there has to be longer term implications.....I thought MSFT was already designing/planning a successor to this generation. Maybe the plan for hardware is to focus on high end console users and then tap into the (more) casual market with subscription by proxy through the Switch. This would be perfect for me. I would spend $20 a month if the content was right...

Assuming it works well on Switch, this would be pretty cool if it turns out to be true. I don't have an Xbox One (I'm a Nintendo and PC/Steam guy) and I don't see myself buying it for like one or two exclusive games I'd be willing to play. Plus Ori and Cuphead are on Steam and I have them there.

@kraventhehunter1 Goldeneye’s rights issues stretch well beyond Nintendo and MS. It also spans into the rights to distribute Bond gaming titles having changed hands not to mention potentially messy issues with film studios. The two companies getting along and partnering up only goes a small way to getting a Goldeneye re-release, especially if it’s a remaster people probably want (and if not you can just emulate it anyway).

As some people already pointed out - Microsoft is about software and subscription model business. Their only real hardware now is Xbox and Surface now that their phone business tanked. I could see them continuing to sell Xbox, but fully support all devices with software. The only thing that makes the Nintendo news unique is that they might be ok with the arrangement whereas Sony is not going to allow it most likely unless management changes. Microsoft already provides software to tablet competitors and even provided software to phone competitors back when they still had Windows Phone on the market.

A lot of money goes into the R&D for making a new console, but why would you buy an Xbox that is just an Xbox if you could buy a Switch and get Xbox games and Switch games? @heavyarms55 The same reason people buy a Surface Pro even though they can get the same software on other devices. You are paying for a premium hardware experience. When someone buys an Xbox One X they are paying for the most powerful console. Even the Xbox One S provides some enhancements over other similar consoles although not as powerful as the PS4 competition. Xbox and Switch are providing novel and unique experiences. It makes you wonder why so many people have flocked to the PS4 even though it doesn’t bring much to the table.

With Sony skipping this years E3, it could end up being a Nintendo and Microsoft love-in. Ori, Cuphead, Rare Replay, cross platform Goldeneye. How about a new cross platform Diddy Kong Racing?

As much as I dislike 2D platformers and really hate hard games I finished Ori. It almost killed me 3x but I finished it. And I swore I'd never play another 2D platformer ever gain, then they announced Ori 2. It was crazy hard those 3 places I died often, you can probably figure out where, and they may be too quick for streaming, but sure, for $10 for 1 month of Gamepass I'd give it a try.

I think this is possible. MS has nothing to lose, Xbox sales in Japan are proof of that, and they've NEVER had a gaming portable handheld, and Nintneod has nothing to lose as MS is probably willing to pay them half the money just to have Gamepass on Switch. I mean Nintnedo would be stupid to pay for it, Switch doesn't need it, but even at break even I think it's a fair deal.

I'm nto a big fan of streaming myself - PS Now never worked well for me - but MS is big on it, Xcloud or whatever they call it. (xCloud, Xcloud, bite me)

microsoft is going more agnostic. they'll still have an xbox but all games will be pc/xbox and streaming.

they see more money in that then trying to keep a closed ecosystem and i think they're right.

@rjejr Well from what I have been reading there have been major breakthroughs in streaming tech and on a 5G wireless network you will be pleasantly surprised.

On a side note they just had XBOX gold and Game Pass on for 2 months for 2$ each! It was a great deal and the first time you sign up for game pass the first month is 1$ currently.

I won’t get too excited here as this is just a rumor, however if even remotely true and we got a few of the smaller XBONE games on switch would be incredible.

@JohnBlackstar Games games and more games that's what the PS4 brings. Even with the multiplatform games playing better on the Xbox One X the PS4 is the vastly superior console because of it's exclusives. I can't even think of any Xbox One title that could be considered GOTY. While both Nintendo and Sony pump out several titles that are up for GOTY. Power isn't everything and Microsoft screwed up by releasing the Xbox One X when their focus should have been on games.

I usually prefer windows over every other operating system out there. I also mostly had Nintendo and Microsoft consoles, so a merger wouldn't really bother me. Unless Microsoft treats Nintendo like they did Rare, then I will be 100% against it.

I'm not sure I like this. I could be reading too much into it but it seems like another step towards MS dropping mostly out of the console race. With Nintendo also not all-in on home consoles that leaves just Sony. PlayStation is my preferred brand but unchallenged Sony isn't someting I ever want to see return. There was a small sample of that in 2006 and it was terrible.

Outside of Forza Horizon there's really nothing on Xbox that can't be played on PlayStation as well. I do think in terms of exclusives Xbox faltered, big time, this gen. And I was a big fan of the 360. I was hoping MS would get things back on track next-gen but it's looking more and more like the company wants to get Xbox on everything (even PlayStation which is why I think they pressure Sony in the media regarding cross-play). There's good and bad that goes with this. Good is more access to more games for everybody, and it would be easier on my wallet. Bad because it's one less competitor in the market.

@canucksfan989 I own all 3 but have barely touched my Pro since I got the X as all multiplatform games look and run significantly better on it, only returning for exclusives. PS4 has definitely had a bit of a purple patch with the likes of Horizon, God of War and Spider-Man all being great games and Microsoft has struggled in that time but still had Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 4 in that time whilst Sea of Thieves is very good too. When you factor in the likes of Cuphead, Ori plus it's Gamepass giving you most of the above plus all of the Halo games, Gears of War series, Fable series, DOOM 2016, Hitman, the Tomb Raider Reboot Trilogy and many more. Then backwards compatibility giving you plenty of great 360 games and a few og Xbox games such as Panzer Dragoon Orta, Conkers Bad Fur Day remake and plenty of other Rare greats such as Banjo and Perfect Dark, many of which will now be in 4K.

Don't get me wrong the PS4 is a great console and I would never get rid of it but the Xbox isn't the barren wasteland many would have you believe

@Gamer83 it does seem more and more likely that traditional consoles are coming to an end and it does appear Microsoft are getting ready for that. I'll agree that in the past couple of years Sony has moved ahead in exclusives but before then I don't think there is that much difference but I will say if it wasn't for the X I likely wouldn't have an Xbox at all but it really is a fantastic piece of hardware. As I say above when you really look at it there is a lot available on the Xbox One even in terms of exclusive content and as someone who enjoys playing older games too it really is great.

As for the future I wouldn't count them out either after them buying some pretty significant studios last year. Whilst this year there'll probably be a new Gears game and we know that a new Battletoads is on the way, yeah I'm a bit sad and getting far too excited for that one 😆 Also Halo Infinite could be truly something special.

If all that comes out of this rumour mill is a port of Ori then that's a massive win. It's one of my favourite metroidvanias.

Collaborations like this are great but I would NEVER want to see Microsoft buy Nintendo out unless they're in really bad financial shape and it's a last resort to save their studios.
I just DON'T TRUST Microsoft with game studios, look at what they did to Rareware.
And most other Microsoft-owned developers haven't fared much better through the years either, unfortunately.
Maybe MS really has turned over a new leaf and they won't DESTROY Obsidian and other studios they've recently purchased, but that remains to be seen...

As an addendum to my previous comment, yes, I'm aware that Nintendo has had plenty of problems with their external 1st and 2nd party development studios through the years as well, but they've certainly had more success than Microsoft in that regard.

First, Nintendo, being Japanese to the bone, would never in a million years sell out to a foreign company, not happening.
Now, can I see this rumor being true? Yes. It makes sense given that Microsoft and Nintendo have been friendly towards each other in recent months.
And Cuphead on Switch, yes please!

If there is anything to these rumours it suggests to me that Microsoft want their service on every device. That makes sense as their services are generally platform agnostic.

If streaming does become a thing, and everything suggests it will, then there is little point in owning a 3 streaming boxes. You dont have a netflix, amazon, hulu box as it would be a barrier to that all important monthy revenue.

The only thing that would interest me about Microsoft having anything to do with Nintendo again is getting classic Rare games back. Goldeneye anyone?

I do not think the internet is ready for streaming just yet.
I have seen players complain about digital only consoles because it would take the forever to download a game.

Still it would be wise to get ready for it by getting cross systems game stores/subscription in place.
It would also make a company more secure if a console flops

I would be extremely down with this. I've been regularly playing Minecraft with an Xbone friend and at this point the more collaboration between Nintendo and Sony the better. I would very much like to be able to tie my Switch to a microsoft account and bring over some of the less resource-intensive games from the app store.

Good move by Microsoft to monetise a great back catalogue. There’s talk of Microsoft/Sony consoles dying after the next generation, which I’m really not sure about, but this covers them both ways.

As a Nintendo fan who hasn’t played on an Xbox since the 360, I’m very excited by the possibilities. And if Diddy Kong Racing appears I’d be ecstatic!

Hmm I think this is likely going to happen. However it is mostly because of marketing why this make sense to me.

RARE classics could, if true, technically return to Nintendo platforms? Conker could get a handheld version of the re-loaded game, maybe even in its uncensored state? And Cuphead could see a release on Switch?
It seems to make sense from a business perspective, and I'm all for them working together instead of that ridiculous "console war" they used to have.

Sounds like a deal for Nintendo to get more titles on switch to reach a broader audience and for Nintendo to utilise Microsoft’s networking infrastructure

Assuming the Xbox Game Pass runs well on Nintendo Switch, this could be VERY cool. Especially considering I have been a Xbox gamer since the 360. Halo on my Nintendo Switch? Gears of War? Maybe finally get Rare's epic older catalogue? Sign me up.

As with a lot of rumors lately, I'll believe it when I see it. If Xbox games are coming to Nintendo Switch, I would like to see Rare Replay on the system. Can't think of too many other exclusives on Xbox One that I want.

It's no secret Microsoft have never made much money out of it, and this generation they've been doing worse than in the past. Guess it could allow Nintendo access to demographics they sadly haven't had a lot of since the 90s.

If you already purchased several og these xbox live games, would you have to Pay for them again or will your xbox live subscription allow you to download previously purchased xbox live games again on switch? That's the big question. Somehow I think we all know the answers and it's not good.

As an Xbox owner who has tasted of the ambrosial delights of Game Pass this is a fantastic concept. Hope it happens.
It will give more people including millions of Xbox owners more reasons to by Switches.

I've also been a happy Switch owner since Let's Go Pikachu came out. Nintendo's IP is so strong and game cards are so adorably collectible that Xbox on Switch would increase sales of both.

The games industry has been speculating that this would happen for about 6 months now.

It makes perfect sense. Microsoft is moving away from being hardware-centric to becoming services-centric.

That means it wants people to sign-up to Game Pass.

They want people to be able to access Xbox games on every single platform going. Including Switch.

This is not some take-over or merger. This is just Xbox turning into the 'Netflix of games' and putting its service onto as many hardware options as it possibly can. I asked Phil Spencer last year if he would put Game Pass on PS4/Switch and his answer was:

"When we think about the growth and potential for gaming at Microsoft, we always start with the player. There are more than two billion people on the planet playing video games — some on our console, others on PC, a lot of people on mobile. We'll continue to put those players at the centre of every decision we make — giving them access to the games they want to play, with the people and community they want to play with, on the device they choose."

In other words... watch this space

Forza, Rare Replay, Sea of Thieves I’d happily play. However I don’t see Ninty allowing Xbox Live on their closed ecosystem. Unless there’s a massive incentive... but I can’t even dream one up that would benefit Ninty in the long term. This speculation is la la land stuff.

I’m hoping for Goldeneye HD release on Xbox and switch with cross play and a huge marketing push that basically says screw you sony (I have nothing personal against sony).

Seems like a smart play— convince people with Switch to play Xbox games and then eventually buy an Xbox. I rarely play Switch at home on the tv, so this appeals to me as someone who’d want a handheld and home console. Game Pass is great on Xbox btw— I have had it for over a week and I’ve played a ton of games like Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Late shift, Thomas Was Alone, Crackdown 3, etc

What a day for jeuxvideo.com ! Alongside the specs leaks on Scarlett, jeuxvideo.com reveals the result of an investigation ( over 2 months ) into the upcoming Nintendo and Microsoft partnership. They reveal the following details :

• Nintendo and Microsoft had several meetings in Redmond regarding their upcoming partnership
• They confirm Ori and the Blind Forest will come on the Swith, but Cuphead as well
• More than 100 Xbox games will be available on Switch via Gamepass and/or X Cloud ( before the end of the year )
• Rare games could also come to the Switch. No details, but jeuxvideo.com believes Rare Replay could be a good candidate.
• No mention of Scalebound during their investigation
• Their sources refuses to say if Nintendo games could en up on Microsoft platforms
• A High profile Microsoft franchise ( Halo, Forza or Gears ) could come on the Nintendo Switch. However, they don’t know in what capacity ( 360 port ? Xbox One game ? ). This is still under discussion between Microsoft and Nintendo.

Forza horizon would be nice but Forza Motorsport without analogue triggers is not appealing at all.

This isn't gonna happen. It would be bad for everyone involved. Not only would even less people buy the xbox then there are already, but people wouldn't buy games from the eshop if they're on game pass, leading to less sales for Nintendo. And even if Nintendo got a cut from people who used game pass on Switch, that would mean less money for Microsoft. There's just no way I see this happening.

@Scrummer there isn't a whole lot of crossover between what's on game pass and what's available on Switch as I have both. It also would allow both to make money they weren't making before for little to no investment as Microsoft is already working on streaming and Nintendo doesn't have access to all the games.

It makes a lot of sense when there's really nothing to lose.

Microsoft's long term success always came from the software business, they should simply leave the hardware business and focus on software, services, apps etc.

I MS gave up on Xbox hardware, they could put their software on both Sony's and Nintendo's systems and earn money everywhere.

Microsoft knows they aren't catching Sony in hardware sales, so they've decided to focus on subscriptions. If you're after as many subscribers as possible and you don't care about console sales, you want your service on as many platforms as can support it. This seems like a win-win. Microsoft gets tons of subscription revenue from people who otherwise wouldn't subscribe as they aren't going to buy an Xbox just for Game Pass. Nintendo gets access to a bunch of high-quality console games. The only problem is to stream this you'd need really good, reliable Internet.

It goes beyond that.

Be prepare to play Nintendo games on a new home system.

Rare Replay would be a day one purchase if it comes to switch. I almost bought the 360 just for that one game.

I'd pay £7.99 a month if all gamepass titles are available to play /stream on my switch. We have cloud saving as well so that is all good. This could be the start of some something very special indeed

If somehow I could play fable 2 on my switch it would be a dream come true.

You're a year behind the curve, Minecraft on Switch requires an Xbox account if you want to cross-play with Xbox players. So that "closed ecosystem" has already been open for a year.

There’s zero incentive to do so. However playing devils advocate with myself MS might be offering some serious cash to Ninty behind the scenes and in that case Ninty might consider it. They may even be striking up some deal for MS to run some shared ecosystem. We just don’t know

I think if MS charges $9.99 for xCloud on Switch Nintnedo could get $1. If 1mil people sign up that's $1mil, per month, for Ntinedo, for minimal effort AND another selling point for Switch.

But Switch doesn't have 5G, or 4G, just WiFi, so you still have to stream from your 5G device over WiFi to the Switch. Not a problem for me, I wired my dock, but I'm not sold on streaming over WiFi.

I owned an Xbox One for about 6 months and I think I had 3 $1 monthly trials of Live and 2 $1 monthly trials of Gamepass. MS isn't shy about trials. I think people, especially the Nintnedo only gamers, may be confusing Live, MS accounts, Gamepass and xCloud. While xCloud sounds like Gamepass it isn't the same thing, Gamepass lets you download games and xCloud is streaming. So while I think there is a lot of truth to a lot of these rumours, I don't think any of them are 100% accurate.

Of course all of this is irrelevant since game streaming does not work unless you live in Japan and have optical fibre straight to the mainframe...

@rjejr Oh I agree, but Game Pass itself is going to be able to utilize the xCloud to play games is what they have been working on so that no matter the device if it can handle a high speed internet connection it will be able to stream. This could just be account integration and we are all getting too excited but we will find out soon.

Well we will find out soon if it is indeed happening, but if it isn't they won't tell us that part, so we'll be left wondering whatever happened for the rest of our lives. 😉

I do think the meetings happened, those events are somewhat easy to keep track of, but we'll see if they actually push the button. xCloud and Gamepas will happen on mobile, that's assured. But of the MS guys only met w/ Nintendo in America, well those guys are all powerless, any big decisions like that will have to happen in Japan. And that could take awhile even if it is happening.

@rjejr 1 million a month is not that much and I think they’d lose more through loss of software sales because people are too busy playing whatever via GamePass or xCloud. I want it to happen, don’t get me wrong but I don’t think it will. Ninty are shrewd and conservative. Hence why Rainway on Switch quietly disappeared.

Not sure why people are comparing rainway to MS offering. Maybe Nintendo shut down rainway as they were always in talks with MS.

I think it's happening. There is way too much talk in the industry for this to be not true. I mean considering how much stuff is being said. Wouldn't MS and Nintendo shut this talk down.

Some sort of Xbox/Switch that isn't Game Pass or Live Gold would be awesome. Game Pass is mostly mainstream titles that you can find in a bargain bin for a fiver.

I’d love to see Microsoft help foot the bill for an ultra powerful Switch that could run current gen high end games without the need to stream them.

I don't know who was promoting Rainway on Switch, but I'm guessing it wasn't Microsoft, which already has Minecraft and Xbox accounts on the Switch. And like an extra billion $ laying around. And there are already a ton of bad games on the Switch - was just looking at all of the games on sale for 99c, plenty of those - so another 100 from Gamepass won't matter much. People are not going to stop buying Zelda and Mario games on Switch b/c they have Gamepass. And who cares about all of those $10 games on sale for $1. Or most of these. It's mostly a publicity stunt, but I think it's a publicity stunt that's a win-win. The only real downside would be how poorly streaming works on Switch over WiFi. Remember Nintendo saying you should only play SSBU on a wired connection?

Except the Xbox sells in NA, and the rest of us have PCs, so they don't really need it on the Switch in America. Heck we can't even get Netflix on the Switch. Might be the only way to get people to play those games in Japan though.

Xbox exclusives already aren't that exclusive. I might end up playing my Xbox even less now.

Tin hat on but rare replay sounds better than it actually turned out. Certainly some classics but games such as atic atac, sabre wolf - which I consider as being all time greats -in truth are pretty horrendous to play.

In other words xbox is desperate to get on the Nintendo bandwagon. This comes a no surprise to any gamer of all strip. With Indie/Developers jumping Sony Censorship and poor xbox sales where do you think they are going to which platform to showcase their games and improve their bottom line.

Microsoft has a way of destroying everything.

A crazy thought, but what if Microsoft somehow works out a deal to get NES and SNES games on the Xbox through this deal.

Think about it, Nintendo would get Microsoft Game pass which would be filled with games that have never been on Nintendo platforms before, while Microsoft would walk away with NES and SNES games that would be an app like what is on the Switch now.

Tie the NES/SNES games to Xbox Live which works across both the Xbox and Switch.

On top of which, Nintendo could finally get access to Rare games again.

I hope this offer goes through. I could see this benefitting both companies in the long run.

I would love for this to be true, as I feel like Nintendo lost something ever since Rare went to MS. If this means we can download Rare Replay, Killer Instinct, Sunset Overdrive, Cuphead, and State of Decay 2 (or at least the year one edition of the first game), then I am all for it. It's not like any of those games really pushed the Xbox One anyway, so porting them to Switch shouldn't be too difficult. The toughest one would be Sunset Overdrive and I could live without it if it means getting the Arcade Battletoads and NES Battletoads on my Switch. And yes, Banjo Kazooie please.

Microsoft and Nintendo both realise that expanding services across multiple platforms stand to make profits on a level never seen. Console wars are dead as most people own multiple devices.
Single closed boxes are really no longer a completely viable option.

Whole microsoft price is not micrisoft gaming price.

The X-Box exclusives have been so bad that the only non-Indie game which is not on PC I would be interested in buying is Rare Replay. Really Microsoft has lost touch with this generation of gamers. Their most recent exclusive - Crackdown 3 - is also apparently pretty rubbish. I miss the original X-Box days when they acquired many a great exclusive.

Yeah, obviously taking this with a truckload of salt, but I wouldn't totally count it out. For one, MS is nowhere near as protective of their IPs/first party titles as Nintendo or Sony. Over the course of the 5+ year life cycle of the XB1, how many true exclusives are on the system? Not many considering even games like Forza can be played on PC.

I'm sure MS knows how many Nintendo gamers would love to play Rare Replay, Ori and Cuphead at the very least. I'd wager that those games would do way better on Switch. At the very least, I think MS should offer those games.

As for what MS would gain? Advertising Game Pass and the Xbox brand as a whole to the 30+ million(and growing) Switch userbase as MS releases their new hardware(codename Scarlett) would be a smart move to gain some leverage against the PS5.

Halo was my favorite franchise when Bungie was developing the games. Under 343 it's been one mistake after another, I'm not expecting Infinite to reverse the downward trend though I'd love to be wrong.

Put this way their Windows O/S and Office and Office 365 are making more money for them then xbox could've ever dreamed of. Those two are billions dollar cash cow for them and the loose of xbox wouldn't hurt them either. Remember everyone wants to be Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Even Linux wants to look like Windows GUI and everyone imitates MS Office. For all the hatin MS software gets everyone wants them still.

I want to play the Rare Replay games, especially Jet Force Gemini and the Banjo games. So if this means that I can finally play them on a Nintendo console, I gladly welcome this 😊

@Timbojay I thought I wrote you back, but guess I didn't. Jet Force Gemini was one of my favorite games on the N64. If it wasn't for the stupid teddy bears to get the ending, I would say probably top 3 games. I remember seeing the concept art for it in a magazine, and then how they changed it to look more "Serious" but it is an amazing game if you ever get the chance to play!
