Li'l Judd

Anybody who spent time with Splatoon will be immediately familiar with Judd, the unbiased tuxedo cat who had the final say on the winning team of each Turf War. When he wasn't judging games, you could also find Judd taking a nap around Inkopolis, and he'd even give you some coins if you'd been performing well in battle. Based on the Global Testfire, we all knew Judd would be making a return in Splatoon 2, but what of his mysterious smaller counterpart?

The English Splatoon Tumblr has recently revealed this to be Li'l Judd, and it seems that his job will be to wave the flag for the losing team in any given game. Not a whole lot is known about the character, but it seems that he's got an eye on Judd's job. Here's what the post says:

Okay, I'll be the first to admit he's adorable, but from what we've been able to observe, he's gunning for Judd's spot as premier Turf War judge like a bloodthirsty tiger crouching in the jungle underbrush. The details of his origins are still shrouded in mystery, but rest assured our research on this fuzzy subject will continue.
