Just as European gamers are finally able to enjoy ninja-schoolgirl-cleavage-action with Senran Kagura Burst, Japan insists on reminding us how far ahead it is by opening the official Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson website.
As far as in-game screenshots go it doesn't really show us anything we haven't already looked at, but it does give us a tantalising glimpse at the upcoming soundtrack CD as well as the limited edition DX pack that will be released alongside the standard edition of the game on the 7th of August this year.
As well as the five figures shown below, we're also promised a drama CD and an arranged soundtrack disc with this edition of the game; there's no price yet, but with it already looking this good fans of the busty brawler might want to start saving just to be on the safe side.
Are you enjoying Senran Kagura Burst? Do you want to see the sequel make it's way over here too? Or are you sick to the back teeth of all these massive chests? Let us know in the comments section below.

Chibi figurines and a soundtrack CD? I just got Tales of Symphonia Chronicles and it came with those exact kind of bonuses. Strange huh.
...I am speechless.
This is so tame compared to what they release in Japan btw. . .
insert withy comment about boobs here
Yes! More of it! Especially soundtrack! MOOOOOOOOOORE!!!
@cfgk24 so true! those people who complain about Senran Kagura would want anihilate Japan if they knew about the ammont of worse stuff there is out there.
Still waiting for the first game to be available at German amazon, which should be the case from March 28th on.
Cute figurines there though.
I enjoyed the first a lot and most of the time I spend on my 3DS at this moment is with this game !
I thought SKB was already part 2 in Japan? Wouldn't that make this one part 3?
How many round objects are in this game?
Why can't they release Wii U version of this game?! I would be all over those...er...that game.
@EarthboundBenjy It's a beautiful collection.
I might import SK2 for the figs and OST. Its about 150USD I think
sigh I may have to succumb to this series as the chances of a Nintendo console ever seeing another Dead or Alive game appears to be slim to nil.
Why do I get the feeling NintendoLife scours the internet in hopes of being able to write another Senran Kangura story!
@Gerbwmu They do it for more traffic which means
Short skirts, boobs bigger than their heads, faces of a 12 year old.....
Yep, its a japanese game alright!
@SilentHunter382
I thought that was the mission of the Nintendoomed articles. Honestly I find these articles easier in the eyes than those others.
Cute figurines, I like the Hikage and Yomi ones.
@Ichiban Well they are underage, in the japanese version anyway, their ages got removed in the US versions(though it's very obvious some of them are underage). Which is slightly disturbing, but I enjoy the gameplay so >.>
Anyway I am waiting for the sequel, I've read you can switch between 2 characters instantly + there are 2 playable male characters this time around, 1 being Ikaruga's brother & the other I'm not sure if it's been revealed yet, but I'm guessing it's the Hanzo sensei(whom I can't remember his name lol).
I need it.
@Rafie Wii UU...
nobody will get it and i really need a life
That girl could fit two scrolls between her.....
Looking forward to this coming overseas. Hopefully in physical form this time for Americans.
Apparently, the UK Facebook page of the first game said it was very happy with the sales over here. I'm think that sequel's very likely to come over here.
@vnminh1999 I got it and that was pretty clever. You won't be reprimanded for it either. It could have been an typing error. LOL
eh, lemme know if they ever decide to go uncensored, lol.
I want the Hikage figurine I could care less about the rest of that junk I only want the game.
If they released this physical version in the US I'd definitely buy it. I wanted to get the first one but not digital for $30 dollars.
Okay, but where is the body pillow?
And I wonder if they upped the lewdness level to that of the PS3 version, or kept it down because it's the 3DS.
Can i haz plz?
@CaviarMeths
In Japan, they released the first game in 2011, Burst in 2012 which is an expansion type of deal with double the content and better mechanics NOT Senran Kagura 2 (http://www.siliconera.com/2012/08/28/senran-kagura-2-to-have-overhauled-game-system-says-producer/ ), 2013 had a Vita spinoff which may outdo the whole lot called Shinovi Versus and 2014 has three projects lined up including a rhythm cooking game, a PlayStation Estival Versus and Senran Kagura 2.
@Mizore
Senran Kagura Burst wasn't censored in anyway from Europe and America.
I suppose every successor has a new fetish and steps further into nonsense, but we already had a flat character and all... >_>
@DarkKirby What PS3 version? I would argue that all installments in the Senran Kagura series are around on the same level of lewd from 2011's 3DS game to 2013's Vita game Shinovi Versus. I suppose you could debate about a few things, all of these games are targetting the same market and all of them have the same limit. They can't break into H-games without going onto PC, consoles and portables aren't permitted to do it.
Body pillows sold separately.
@thelastgogeta I was referring to them losing their clothes completely, but whatever. lol
i hope this comes to the usa and with retail but if it ends up as digital only then i will be happy as long as we get the game localized
A pair of great tits

I want all of this... 0_0
@Angelic_Lapras_King Yep! the game got into the top 40!
Dat crab pose on Homura, lol!
This is getting to be an annoyance. One game full of nothing but fan service and some barebones fighting is tolerable, but a sequel oh so soon?
@FishieFish OVER 9000! No, really...
@cfgk24 I want to learn Japanese then =P
@Eusine
The first Senran Kagura was released in Japan in 2011. Burst is the 2012 remake/expansion. 3DS owners have been waiting years for another installment and believe it or not they made some significant steps forward between the first SK on 3DS, Burst, Shinovi Versus on the Vita (2013) especially and such.
@Mizore
Considering that we can see no more skin than your Dead or Alive or Tekken or any other SK due to their "humorous" anime-esque self censorship and it is still the same rating in Japan and naked characters (usually the top halves) have appeared in games worldwide before on consoles and such (Saints Row and God of War)... I don't agree.
Senran Kargura B-o-o-b-s is good, I'm looking forward to see the sequel )
@thelastgogeta Dude, the PS Vita version has pasties, and beating any character enough removes part of their undergarments (either top or bottom), but it's censored. At least Tekken has the decency to leave the more revealing looks to the more revealing clothing, like swim wear. They don't just shove everyone into lingerie for their default get-ups, nor do they tear them off, nor do they give people nothing but skimpy clothing to wear.
DoA...I ain't vouching for that...
The first game was great. I don't want this, I NEED THIS. I want to more Harukasama!! #BibleThump
I haven't finished the first part yet, but I'm all but getting bored with it. So yes please, more! Physical, with all the goodies! The game is truely great, and it has you AVOID losing your clothes (unless, of course, you choose to go frantic). I'm enjoying it a lot, and once in the game, the story and gameplay take way more of your attention than the big chests. It's just the marketing around it, but I found it to be quite funny nonetheless.
Oh, England seems to be bringing more attention to Senran Kagura Burst than here in USA. If I hadn't been to this website a few days ago and seen the article with the hilarious Senran Kagura Burst commercial, I would never have known about it. I did download the game right after finding out that it was already released here in November. You guys got the hard copy, nice!
I would love for all the sequels to make it here. Hopefully the Vita games will get English translations as well. That would finally give me a reason to buy a Vita. Otherwise, I may have a reason to learn Japanese.
That Haruka-san figure. +__+ I can live without the other stuff, I just need those figures (and the game of course).
